This was a great find. We stumbled upon Taco Labs by accident but so glad we did. We happened to notice the place was packed as they had posted great deals on Taco Tuesday outside.
Wow! The tacos were super delish and a great variety to choose from! I loved and would come back for the Birria and the Tropical Shrimp. My hubs loved the Korean BBQ and Tropical Shrimp.
Service was quick and friendly and lots of parking in the plaza.

What a way to land on an hidden gem! Taco Lab in Boca was absolutely amazing! The food was out quickly and delicious! You can taste every flavor in every bite. The tacos “lived up to their names” flavor wise! My favorite were the Mango habanero and the Carne Asada! My son’s favorites were the Birra and Chick-fil-a.
Now let’s talk about the surface. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly, informative, and very polite! They catered to my allergies, while ensuring that I capture the flavor in every bite.

We ordered catering from Taco Labs in East Boca and it was hands down the best decision we made for our party. I worked with Yash, and he was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I gave him my budget and headcount, and he helped me structure the entire order so we stayed right on track without sacrificing quality or quantity. It was seamless.
The food was incredible. Truly. The salsa verde might be the best I’ve ever had. Fresh, bright, perfectly balanced. The birria beef was top tier and disappeared fast. If I could do it again, I would order even more of the beef. It was that good.
The portions were beyond generous. We had so much food that guests went home with leftovers and we were still enjoying it two days later.
Small tip for anyone ordering the chicken: unpack it from the catering trays when you get home so it doesn’t continue steaming. That was on us, not them. Lesson learned.
What really stood out was the service. Yash even followed up the evening of our event to make sure everything went well and to wish us a great party. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.
Every single guest asked where the food was from. The birthday girl loved it, the party was a hit, and Taco Labs made the catering the easiest part of the entire event. Honestly, I’d throw another party just to have them cater again.
If you’re in Boca and need catering, stop looking. This is it.

We ended up getting there around 9:10 on a Wednesday and it was all you can eat tacos! The food was fresh and very satisfying! Love the Vegan options, you must try the Jackfruit Birra Taco! We will definitely be back soon!

Super cute little spot with a huge taco selection. I tried the chicken fil-a taco, a Korean taco, and an asada taco—everything was good, but the chicken fil-a was easily my favorite. It’s a nice-sized chicken cutlet topped with fresh shredded veggies and a really tasty sauce. My wife had two fish tacos and a skinny margarita and loved both. Bonus points for the festive Mexican music—it made the whole place feel fun and upbeat. We’ll definitely be back!

We saw this spot featured on someone ‘s social media and it was really hyped up. Food wasn’t bad but wasn’t anything we would be back for. Had the guacamole, salsa, queso trio; tacos: Korean BBQ, New Delhi tandoori, Mango habanero. Guacamole didn’t have any seasoning – no salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne – just nothing but some poorly mashed chunks of avocado—it was fresh though ! Salsa and cheese were satisfactory.
The chicken was dry in the tandoori and meat was also dry in the Korean bbq. The mango habanero was alright. Service was more like order taking rather than experience driven. We’ve never been here before so any type of welcoming guidance would’ve been much appreciated.

First of all the staff is the kindest I have encountered in south Florida thus far. The passion and dedication they have for taco labs is palpable. The food is incredible and I can’t believe I didn’t get anything traditional. The tandoori chicken taco is succulent and perfectly balanced. Saucy and bright in flavor with a lovely curry. The Korean bbq steak taco was one of the best I’ve had in my life the combination of spice and sweet was next to none would love to see it on their brisket. No close to home but definitely worth the trip. The atmosphere is inviting and you don’t want to leave. Taco Tuesday is the best deal in town. Check it out.
