Lapper /Irish rd McDonald’s has better price and food quality. I order in lobby and they were on there phone laughing and they took there time getting to taking lobby orders. I highly recommend people to not visit M15 McDonald’s.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. From wads of hair on a Big Mac, to odd tasting food… This morning, I witnessed a woman drop a stack of coffee filters on the floor, put them back, and proceed to toss a coffee filter on the floor only to load it into the coffee maker…. My sausage biscuits smelled odd as well. I just tossed them and will never be back. This place is beyond disgusting.

I experienced racism from the younger employees and a few other black friends of mines said they did as well at this location; some guy with pink hair went to the back and hid and coughed on cookies and other employee laughed and looked back at me with the Omg face to see if I seen it. The cashier apologized to me with a refund saying she is so sorry! I wouldn’t dare come back to this place and I’m calling corporate in the morning.

Today I went to grab lunch on a Saturday so lunch starts at 11:00 am. I was in the Drive-Thru at 10:59 a.m. McDonald’s employee refuse to ring me up for lunch and wanted me to drive around the building and get back in line. The manager got on the speaker and told me I cannot sit in the Drive-Thru for a minute waiting for lunch and was rude about it. By the time we talked about it and I drove away it was 11:00. McDonald’s lost a customer that day for poor customer service and making it a bigger issue than it was when I could have been helped. There was no need for any of that.

Was there at 3:15 today. Ordered and they made it wrong so had to go back. The manager is messed up and literally used the same wrappers and stuff after it’s been passed back and forth. Smh. I won’t be back to this location. It’s a joke. Worst one I’ve been to.
