Great spot near the Enterprise Center to grab food and drinks before a show. Fantastic happy hour prices on great booze and tasty appetizers. Also caught a free shuttle to the show. Definitely will go back next time we are in town.

It was such a nice experience. The serve staff was so kind and on top of things and the food was delicious. Drew, the general manager, went above beyond to make sure we had a good experience and was a stand up feller.

We had the most fantastic waiter, Kieran from Canada!! So pleasant, courteous and helpful! The food from appetizers to entree, then gooey butter cake!!! It’s a must to eat here! We are from Pittsburgh, here for a weekend. What a gem!!! Thank you for the great food! We’d give it 10 stars!!!

Stopped in for a late dinner when I was in town. The food was good and the service friendly. Downtown St Louis closes up early, which was a surprise for me. Over/Under stays open later, so if you are accustomed to a late dinner give them a visit.

Quality late night food option in St. Louis.

Late night restaurant options are very limited in the city of St Louis. This location is open after hours providing several quality food options aside from your typical hamburgers and other bar food.

The salad was great and paired nicely with the chicken tacos. Many beer options available. The onion rings were probably the best I’ve had in a very long time. Service was friendly and very attentive.

It was very busy, the food took quite a long time, so if you’re in a rush and don’t have an hour to wait around on it.. most people seemed to be drinking only. the lights were very dim so it was quite dark in there. our server was a joy, but was pretty busy. kind staff, food was decent, but took a long time & the vibes were interesting

First time visitor, came at 1 p.m., so it was fairly empty. I had the Chicken Philly and seasoned fries. Food was perfect. Only one negative, both of my drink cups were dirty. I physically removed debris from the side of the cups.

Came down here for dinner. Guess a concert was going on so they were pretty busy. Got seated in about half an hour.
The reviews said the food was great and the steaks were awesome. Got mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. I ordered the ribeye, cooked medium, with mashed potatoes and chilli. No up charge for any of the sides. That was nice.
The steak was awful. Was over cooked, had no flavor even with the garlic butter. Told the waitress to take it off and I’d just eat the sides.
The mashed potatoes and chilli were great. Plus they served Pepsi.
Maybe it was an off night due to the concert, or maybe ordering a steak from a bar and grill wasn’t a good idea.

I work upstairs in the same building, and was working on a Saturday when I decided to order lunch online from Over Under. I figured it would be convenient since it’s right downstairs.

First thing I noticed on the website: there’s no real option for non-alcoholic drinks besides Red Bull. Small thing, but still — kind of surprising if you’re ordering lunch.

I ordered a catfish sandwich with cheddar and all the toppings (which from the description meant lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion), a Caesar salad, and fried pickles. I got a pickup time about 20–25 minutes later.

I showed up on time and was told by the hostess to wait by the bar for carryout orders. The spot she sent me to was right where all the servers were constantly coming to grab drinks — super busy, super awkward, and I felt like I was in the way. I stood there dodging servers for another 20 minutes before I finally asked the bartender (who was actually very nice) how much longer it would be. She apologized and said about 10 more minutes.

At that point, I’m hungry and frustrated but trying to be patient. I asked if there was a better place to stand because I was tired of feeling like a human roadblock. She suggested standing back up front — I decided to just wait outside instead.

After the extra 10 minutes, I came back in — still no food ready. I waited about another 10 minutes before a young lady came out with a to-go order. When I asked if it was mine, she thought I was DoorDash. Nope — just someone who ordered online, directly. She checked, and it was my order. (Ironically, we shared the same last name, but by then, I wasn’t in the mood for small talk.)

Got back upstairs, opened my order — the fried pickles were good, the salad was solid — but my sandwich was basically catfish and melted cheese. No lettuce. No tomato. No pickles. No onions. None of the toppings I ordered.

At that point, I was too hungry and worn out to even complain. I just ate it and kept it moving.

Honestly, it’s disappointing because of how convenient Over Under is for me, but this was my first experience — and first impressions matter. Between the missing items, the extended wait, and the awkward pickup process, I’m not sure I’ll be giving it another shot anytime soon.
