Ordered off their app it was a simple Oreo chocolate milk shake and they couldn’t even do that right I had someone go get it for me so they didn’t know what it was supposed to be but i know when you order off the app the people at the place can read it or at least I thought they could read seeing as this wasn’t the first mistake maybe they can’t read at all

If I could give this place a “0”, I would!!! This was by far the WORST experience i’ve ever had at any Sonic!!! I reordered a previous order on the app, and when the carhop came to bring my order, asked him if my drink had the flavors in it (because it was supposed to look pink), and he said that i only ordered a regular sprite, so I showed him my receipt that I reordered from, and he (Colter) was such a smart ass about it!! he said that my receipt wasn’t the same date from todays date, which, keep in mind, it was a reorder from a previous transaction, and I was only showing him what I ordered. I asked him if they could just remake my drink with the flavors, and he said that they couldn’t do anything about it, so I asked to speak to the manager, and he WAS the manager…smh!!! I explained to him my situation AGAIN, and since he didn’t want to handle the situation, i guess he escalated it to another manager, so he came back to the spot I was at, and said that I would have to pay extra for the flavors that I wanted in my drink, which I was ok with, so I did, and after I paid for the flavors, instead of remaking my drink, THEY BROUGHT ME THE FLAVORS IN CONDIMENT CUPS TO PUT IN MY DRINK MYSELF!!! It’s their job to do that, not mine!!! that pissed me off even more, on top of the carhops rushing, and rolling their eyes at me while i’m trying to explain the situation!!! I was having an overall good day, until I experienced this!!! I’ve been in customer service far too long, and I would NEVER treat my customer’s this way!!! Young teenagers need to be reeducated on how to treat their customers!!!

I’ve been here twice to pick up a mobile order and both times they tell me I have to pay for the saluce I ordered in the app, its no longer free. Ok. I’ll pay for it. Then I get attitude from everyone on staff that they are put out that they have to go out of their way to get something that was already on my order and I’m going to pay your for it. Come on Sonic, you’re better than this.

I eat Sonic quite often, always ordering the same thing: a double cheeseburger and onion rings. This was just inedible. The bread was dry and hard, the meat was overcooked and dry, and the onion rings were burnt to a crisp. I will post pictures.

We pulled up to one order board and tried to order but the board didn’t work so we tried the one next to it and it worked but the speaker on it isn’t great. The employee talked way to fast for us and I kept having to repeat myself, he didn’t do very good at listening that or the microphone wasn’t working so they need to get there stuff fixed but once we got our food we were left guessing who’s food was wrapped in which wrapper. Didn’t help they were all wrapped the same and once everything was said and done they still didn’t get our order correct but we had already gone to find a place to eat by then soit was too late. I was very disappointed with the service and the whole experience
