I am a vegetarian but currently doing vegan for a while. I was looking for the the printout that usually tells you the specifics about the items but I couldn’t get it fast enough on my phone but PRINCESS the crew member on the line told me not to worry about and walked me down the like letting me know which items were good for me. She even upsold me on sweet potatoes! And they were good.
I always like to get the house blueberry soda. So, I got a small drink with my order, BUT the blueberry soda was out. I let PRINCESS know and she got someone on it, and before I could get to my seat she already had a cup of ice and bottle of Blueberry soda coming to my table.
I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and the excellent customer service. It goes a long way. I will be back tomorrow for sure.
I’m writing because I’ve always had a soft spot for your restaurant whenever I’m passing through North Carolina – it’s usually one of my absolute favorites! I genuinely love stopping by when I’m on the road, and it’s been a reliable highlight of my trips.
I’m a big believer in treating everyone with kindness, because you truly never know the impact you might have on someone, or who they might know. And lately, I’ve noticed a few things that have made my recent visits a little less enjoyable than usual.
It’s a bit of a bummer to say, but the vibe from some of the staff has felt a little unwelcoming, which is a stark contrast to the friendly atmosphere I’ve come to expect. I also noticed that some of the uniforms weren’t as tidy as one might hope, and I saw a couple instances where folks were handling both food and money without gloves. For me, that always raises a little flag about overall cleanliness and makes me feel a bit uneasy about what I’m eating. Maintaining a pristine environment and clear hygiene practices really builds trust, especially in a place that serves food.
Honestly, because of these recent experiences, I’m finding it hard to justify making your location a stop on my travels anymore. It’s tough when a place you genuinely enjoy starts to lose that special touch. For now, I’ll probably be sticking to my Trader Joe’s snacks on the road, at least until I hear that things have gotten a bit of a refresh on the customer service and hygiene fronts.
I’m really hoping you can look into these points, as I’d love to be able to make your restaurant a favorite pit stop again in the future!
1. They never have food, we have been 3+ times and they don’t have any protein.
2. When we ask when they’ll have it out, they don’t have a certain time, and they don’t have a good tone when we ask.
3. Parking sucks. You have to go into parking deck and have to fight for parking with other store customers.
4. Just save yourself the time and go to the south blvd location. Where they have food, good location and specially good services. It’s Only 8min away from this one.
5. Not going back. Y’all can kick rocks
