Such delicious food and nice ambience. The saffron tea was soooo good, and bandari chicken was superb. Also the kebab platter was delicious. Some places have the best hummus and this is one of them. The food doesn’t even feel pricy for the quantity they serve. Will be going again.

Having been to Mediterranean Cafe by the Mediterranean Sea, it is an authentic reminder of the taste, smell and sight of the Mediterranean. My friends ordered Gyros meals and wraps. I ordered the pistachio delight roll. Deliciouso for less than $5. I left a tip because of delicious It was. This was at 12pm, lunch rush hour. Service was fast and smooth. My friends ate their Gyros like it was their last meal. It took me 30 minutes to finish my Pistachio roll. I ate is very slowly savoring every nut. I recommend for Sunday lunch, weekday lunch, impress a first date, or take the boss there to discuss getting a raise. Enjoy Basil.

We visited this place on my friend’s birthday. We were somewhat excited about Mediterranean food, but we ordered three different types of dishes and found the same taste in every one. Chicken was not that good or that bad either. I will explore more places for Mediterranean food in Oklahoma.

I had a great experience at Basil. I ordered the Chardonnay Chicken. It was so delightful. There was enough rice to feed an army! The chicken thighs were juicy and flavorful. The pita was warm and soft. I got a chocolate latifa (sp?) to go for dessert. You can tell this is a popular place because there was a hardly a spot available to sit, and there was a diverse population of people eating lunch. They also do a large call-in order business, so there were many folks coming and going in the restaurant.

This was my first time at Basil even though it’s been recommended to me multiple times. It was so very good. I had a chicken gyro and a side of tabouli and they were both absolutely EXCELLENT. I don’t normally take leftovers from a restaurant because I just really won’t eat them later but I definitely took that tabouli and finished it off!! The jasmine tea is SO GOOD, too. The prices are really good for this area, too. I was surprised and pleased that my lunch was not just delicious but affordable too. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. The exterior and interior are both very clean. The decor is bright and cheerful, exactly what you’d see in the Mediterranean. Will definitely go back.

The atmosphere was very nice, calm, and welcoming, and the restaurant itself was clean and well kept, which we appreciated. It felt like it had the potential to be a great spot for a relaxed dinner.
Unfortunately, the service fell short. Our waitress forgot a few items from our order, which was surprising considering there were only us and one other family dining at the time.
As for the food, it was decent but nothing memorable. I ordered a gyros, and my wife had a chicken dish. Both were fine, but neither stood out or felt special.
If you happen to stop by, it’s not a bad place to eat, but based on our experience, it’s probably not somewhere we’ll be returning to.

While in OKC we went to @basilmediterraneancafe for dinner, and we enjoyed our meal here, we ordered multiple items like Gyros Plate, Salmon Plate, Hummus, Fatoush, Khubideh, and Lentil Soup. all the food was fresh and very flavorful. my favorite ite. we’re the Gyros and the Spicy Hummus. overall great service, great options and tasty halal food.

We catered a birthday party with Basil. Nina was amazing to work with in planning how much and what to order for the catering. The food was ready at the prescribed time. It was fresh and delicious. The chicken shish-ka-bobs will be talked about for quite a long time. They were amazing. Everything was great and I would recommend Basil for any catering needed.
