For a McDonald’s off of one of the largest interstates in the country, you’d think they would do a better job of keeping it clean. The women’s bathroom has 2 stalls. One regular and one handicapped. Someone was in the regular, so I used the handicapped one. There were 2 trash cans in there, both full. And you can see the wrappers from the feminine products used.
When they made my order wrong and I brought it up to the guy up front he looked at me annoyed. Even my niece made a comment saying “well that’s rude, he can at least say sorry”
When I walked up the the fountain drink station, it was dirty. Whoever spilled the soda left it there, and the whole c I unter was sticky. The lid dispenser was dusty and dirty. The straw dispenser was almost empty. McDonald’s getting an order wrong is common thing, but a filthy store is a new low.

The staff was beyond amazing. I booked a last minute party and they really made it convient and affordable. Service was crazy fast they had our order ready before I paid for the party. It truly made my nephews 1st bday one to remember. I cant thank the staff enough. The manager on shift I didnt catch her name but she was amazing and really the customer service was outstanding. Thanks again

I told the girl at the register I accidentally placed drive thru on my mobile and showed her. The native girl with long hair glared at me without a word and walked back. I mentioned it to two other employees. After 30 minutes I asked a guy and they had it sitting by the drive thru. It was ice cold and had to be re made.

03/01/2026. 3:00 pm. Drive thru line was long and extremely slow so I went inside. Was not busy but people ordering were slow in ordering, cashier must have been new because she was clueless and slow. I got fed up and left. Will not return and will not recommend.

This location is god awful. Today I tried ordering using the kiosk but couldn’t complete my order because the kiosk says they’re out of all drinks except coffee.
Okay.
I wait on line to order at the counter, order the buffalo ranch chicken meal. The cashier told me that they don’t have that yet (signs EVERYWHERE at the location for it) – turns out she means the mcrib (there’s window signage for this too). Cool. I didn’t ask for that anyway. She then can’t figure out how to place my order, the manager yells from the back “there’s a button that says buffalo ranch chicken” she still doesn’t find it, so the manager comes up. Places my order, I point to the monopoly game promo sign on the counter and ask if it needs to be a large meal to get game pieces, she said the game is already over.
Okay…
I look down to verify my order, and see I’m being charged for a drink upgrade, so I ask why. “We don’t have medium cups, so it has to be a large”. Never occurred to advise me you would be charging me extra because you’re unable to fill the order you took for me, huh..

At this point I just turned around and walked off because I’ve given enough of my lunch break away to craziness at McDonald’s.

This location has never been a pleasant experience, but today was exceptionally bad. Probably best to avoid them.

The egg McMuffin was decent. Could’ve been a little hotter. I also got a chicken McGriddle that was not fully cooked. There were parts of it that were still pink and chewy. Would stay away from chicken at least at breakfast time.

Stopped in for coffee while supercharging. The regular drip coffee was very weak. The Americano was better but they forgot to add any cream. Bathrooms were in a serious need of cleaning.

For the second time in a month I stopped on my way through town at 6 am for coffee and breakfast and the location was not open. There was a huge in in the drive through and people standing by the door. Today was the same. We walked up to the door (the hours read 6am open) at 6:10. There were people inside but no one opening the door.
The first time I saw three people inside and they looked at the line forming by the door and went into the back. I left that time after 10 minutes. Today we waited until 6:15. A guy came out of the side and took the cones from one drive through. We asked him if they were going to open the dine in and he said “she will open in a bit”. That was 6:15. We waited 5 more minutes and left. As we drove away I saw two more people trying to go in and the doors were still locked.

Why would you have hours if you don’t care if people are coming in to be customers. It was pathetic. Never going there again.
