I have been to this location a couple of times and the food has been good many times and a couple of times it lacked freshness like it usually does. But overall my food is always fresh tasting. One thing that has never changed was the service at the drive thru. Monna is a jewel. Always friendly.. always asks how you’re doing. She’s so very pleasant and professional. She really does deserve a raise because she’s such a people person and she puts a smile on anyone’s face. … MONNA you ROCK!!!!!. First time ever ordering the chicken. This was definitely a hit. Fresh and Spicy.. couldn’t believe I’ve never had them before. I will order them in the future

Wanted to try something new, so I went to Krystal. I got the 4 Krystals combo. It was pretty good. The way the mustard pairs with the cheese works. The onions add a robust flavor to it. The fries were the best part, though. Good seasoning, but not too spicy. They were not dry or old either. Good meal. Now, this location is on a weird, steep hill behind a shell station. Don’t go during slick weather. Parking is limited, but the lobby is closed, so that won’t matter. The drive-thru wait is long, but it’s because they are short staffed. I saw only two people working there during my visit. Prices are kind of high, too. And the beverages have a ton of ice in them. If you charge your meal, they only take Visa or Mastercard. None of these are deal breakers, but overall, it makes it questionable to return. I may, but not too often.

Fast service and good food. We don’t eat here often but sometimes you just crave some Krystal sliders. This location is attached to a gas station and has a drive thru.

visiting Nashville and never heard of Krystal, was going to try it until I walked in and saw a cook with his hands in his pocket until his patties were cooked and then watched him handle the buns, patty and cheese with his bare hands. Unacceptable.
The lady in front was nice and I went ahead and ordered a lemon drop slush out of respect of walking in and it was refreshing but had very little taste of lemon drops.

Ahhh Krystal. When you are in the mood for one of their belly bombers, or other food items this store is one of the cleaner ones with fast service. but Drive through only for now

Krystal is right off i interstate 65
Take the east exit for route 96
Remember do not buy gas in the
Franklin area…. it runs about 35 cents a gallon more than 2 exits south off 65 and actually cheaper in Nashville city limits.
So you can get good krystals food here and be in your clean Nashville hotel room just about when those belly bombers say you should be ready to have a private sit down.

A kind, older, gentleman took my order a short time ago. He was incredibly nice. I am traveling. I am weary, traffic is bad. And a big ice storm is coming into the midwest in a few hours. I was not in a good mood. I bought several candy bars. (I figured if I get stranded, at least I won’t starve.) His banter with me took me away for a bit and I forgot my worries. I’ll say it again, the farther south we travel the kinder the people are.
