The managers are rude. The corporate office is ignorant. They had a contractor do work outside 9:30pm and they are power washing in the winter time and he wasn’t paying attention and destroyed my vehicle. Hit the curb while power washing and damaged my windshield and they have not contacted me back about to. I have called and left messages for the actual store and for corporate. I just want my windshield fixed. This is truly unacceptable and unprofessional as a company.

A lot of people playing making it like a park throwing bottles, using scooter and bike roaming around no one stopping them. I waited 45 minutes on curbside. I went in told me they are preparing the food which is been sitting there no one minding to bring it out. They were not busy no customer on table only drive thru. Never coming back to this place.

NOT EVEN 8:30 PM on a Sun evening??? And then maybe Only 2 Sad Disgraceful Staff I saw working this night?!
WORST FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! This Store is LOSING $ and We Customers are Wasting $ on the crappy food & service here! NEVER AGAIN! Who in HADES Owns THIS Particular Franchise?? Need 2 look into your store. The multitude of us giving 1-3 stars with Abysmal Comments; hey, we can’t ALL be wrong. HORRIBLE. Sad. BAD. UNREAL!
If you go when they are busy, especially earlier in the day you have the SLIGHT Chance of getting food they Just Prepared that Might be OK. But anytime after 7pm; worse after 8pm ANY Day, and on a Weekend anytime AFTER 8pm: Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!

Waited in line for a breakfast order for literally 45 minutes just to get the food and it be cold directly from the windows. Trash attitudes from the person handing off the food. Just bad experience all around.

I sat in the drive through for 20 min… then I get the food and the food is cold. Not only that , the drinks taste like sparkling water instead of sprite. So I had to sit another 20min in the drive through for them to remake my drinks because ofcourse the inside is closed. The girl at the drive through with the red hair was awesome at fixing the issue but …..the wait was just ridiculous
