So glad we found this little gem. You could tell some serious love was put into this restaurant to give it the authentic vibe and experience.
Our server, Reymundo, was a pleasure. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time.
All of our dishes were served hot and time-appropriate. We were able to enjoy our appetizers before our entrees at a great pace. Everything that we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted as delicious as it looks.
We would definitely come back and suggest you do too!

I had the Quesabirria tacos and Niece had Arroz Con Camarones
(rice with shrimp) and added veggies. The food was hot, quick and good! Drink special was $5 margaritas and they were NOT premade, were delicious and had the right amount of tequila. I forgot my waiters name, but he was amazing too! He had great recommendations and was very attentive. The restaurant was beautifully decorated (which I always love) and I will be going back! Asheboro has a few good Mexican restaurants-this is definitely one!

Food was good, customer service was Impeccable. The atmosphere was very kid friendly and great music. The only thing I didn’t eat or like was the fried calamari. Idk if it was too breaded or cooked too long but for 14 dollars I won’t get it again. Was hoping for calamari with the actual tentacles but all were round. Will for sure come back

This place is awesome! When walking in the manager at the bar welcomed us as if we were regulars and he knew us personally. We ordered the blackberry anejo cocktails and they looked like something you would see on a tv show or magazine, and they tasted even better. The food came out quick as well. Everything was hot, fresh, and the portions were great. Some may consider this place to be a little pricey but the type of hospitality, service, and quality of food and drinks is well worth it. The first time we ate there we ordered the mamalona (I think that’s what it’s called) it comes out on a little red grill and it’s got a little bit of everything. It was so good that we decided to come back last night for our 6 year year anniversary. The staff here are consistent, friendly, and strive to give you the best experience possible. Thanks again!

Love don julios! Our favorite spot to eat in asheboro! Food is always amazing, and quick service! Menu is great! Love all the staff, especially Juan! He is such a hard worker, so friendly and personable and just the sweetest! So glad to have don julios in my town.

First time here but definitely not the last! The dining room was clean and inviting, the restroom was well kept also. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, Stephanie was our server today and she was very prompt and professional. We chose the presidente margaritas and later my wife got a glass of their house made sangria. Both drinks were good but I could tell that the sangria was freshly made! For food I chose the chiliques mix steak and chicken with an order of napalas. It was absolutely delicious and enough for two, my wife ordered the lunch special #4 chicken and spinach quesadilla, spinach enchilada and rice. Everything was outstanding, highly recommend stopping by. I finished the meal off with a pour of Weller 12, which also was delicious.
