Congratulations! This is the nastiest restaurant I have ever seen. I think you actually have to try to be this disgusting.
This place looked like a bomb went off. Food all over the place. Trash overflowing so bad people were just piling their trash on the closet table as the cans were so full they spilled over to the floor. The windows look like they havent been cleaned since covid. Dirty tables and food all over them. The service prep area was nasty. Trash and food on the floor. Food spilled all over the prep area. The heated food area was cold so God knows what germs are growing in there. Most the food was out of stock. My wife ordered a veggie bowl. But they were out for the last 3 to 4 hours per the line guy. My steak was cold and dry. Brown rice and cheese were out. White rice was cold and clumpy. Pretty sure I’m getting food poisoning and tetanus from this place..
So while sitting here the 3 employees came over looked at the trash cans laughed and said what are supposed to do about this? And walked away.
2 customers walked in literally walked in. Looked around said nope and left. Other customers also took pics.
I’m gonna call the health department Monday morning. This needs shut down before you kill someone.

Past reviews detailing poor experiences are 100% accurate. My partner and I had the worst chipotle experience ever at this location tonight. The restaurant was a mess, trash overflowing, food everywhere, slow service. The workers seemed like they were trying their best but lacking training, urgency, and food safety concerns. Our food was bland and stale, my partner and I didn’t even finish our food. I think the real icing on the cake was when I requested two water cups and was told that they didn’t have water?? So I had to buy drinks. It’s concerning this location is still open.

I would 100% avoid this location unless you have a humiliation fetish. All the employees I experienced were absolutely depressed, zero give-a-crap, and made everyone feel like a hassle for patronizing this location. Burritos rolled oddly, everything trashed inside, all the toppings just out on the counter next to the cash register. Super weird, maybe an off day? Either way, I’ll never be back. Super disappointed. I’m sure the food will be the same as always.

I went in twice and I feel for the staff, who constantly need to keep up with demand to a point where cleaning, upkeep, quality control, food safety is all out the door. The need more people and be trained. Wish Chipotle can see how hard they are working and reinvest profits into improving the branch’s standards.

This Chipotle is disgusting. It is always dirty. Tables never clean, trash overflowing. The soda machine is always out of ice. The last time I went there they had no steak or chicken. Honestly, it is a horrible experience. Just pass it up and go to another restaurant.

I just wanna say I was very pleased with my experience today here. I go to this chipotle almost everyday on my lunch break bc it’s right across the street and today definitely did not disappoint. I went it and noticed that the line was long and there was only one person on the line, but he made sure he treated each person nicely and made sure their order was 100% up to their standards even though if it was me I would have been extremely stressed and rushing. I believe his name was Bradley, he did an amazing job with what seemed to be a very short staffed and stressful day. Food was 10/10

I order on the app for convenience because I work 3rd shift. Tonight, I placed my order at 9:15pm and requested a 9:40pm pickup. I arrived at 9:38pm, and my order wasn’t made. The woman at the counter made it after asking me what I was waiting on, and told me that they’re out of chips. (It was close to closing time, I can understand) I asked if I could have a drink in place of the chips and she gave me one ( ). What she didn’t do, is tell me about all the other things they were out of. I paid for extra corn, and a side of corn (it’s the only reason I even eat here)..I get to my car and there’s nothing but tomatoes on my bowl (that I didn’t ask for, I asked for light red sauce). Every time I order from this chipotle, it’s nothing but problems. I stopped going here for a few months because I was tired of the poor work ethics of the employees, but tonight I gave them another chance. Silly me. Please hire better employees that know how to read and communicate. My number was on the receipt, they could’ve easily called me to let me know about their outages so I could’ve went somewhere else instead of wasting my time and money. Also pictured is the bag it came in with a hole in it because the bowl was made so sloppy.

They said they don’t have enough.This doesn’t make sense. The lack of flexibility and customer service left a bad impression. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Chipotle.
