Ordered there tonight… essentially I wont be eating dinner… the rice is completely undercooked and underseasoned. So disgusting. The meat is overdone and gross. So sad that restaurants cant find people that can follow a small list of instructions. I used to drive past the Tommy Heinrich location because lets face it, they are probably one of the worst in the state, I was genuinely happy with the food and service and the last three times it just keeps getting worse. Im just going to stop giving you my business, I should get used to not eating it since most locations are struggling for this very reason. The Massillon location didnt even have change for almost a year so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Honestly I am just moving away from this area in general because its not a problem everywhere.. but until you hit North Canton you really cant trust the people down here to do anything. Its sad to watch them try to remember to put utensils in the bag. Good luck Chipotle. Id rather be at Qdoba.

Ordered 1 large Queso and chips and 1 large guacamole and chips. Both bags of chips were burnt. Chipotle is 20 min from my house and this was such a disappointment. I have never had chips this bad before and my kids were upset as this was for them. If I go back lesson learned. Check your food before leaving. This was pure laziness on the workers part. You can look at them and see how dark they are. This wasn’t a mistake it was just laziness on the employees part which is more frustrating. Also, customer support was zero help online. I just wanted refunded for the burn chips. The queso and guau were tasty but the chips I paid for were not edible

So I just recently ordered online. A to go order. When I walked in I wasnt greeted. I walked up to the counter and the gentlemen just stared in space. The other workers looked busy but this one just stared. When I opened my food. I was lucky to get a scoop of rice. My queso had hair in it too. I tried calling and the bot wasnt helpful at all. Im honestly so fustrated.
Another update-. I called corporate and they gave me free queso and a buy one get one free bogo…. they want me to spend more money. After I asked what I should do about my meal that wasnt adequate, he offered a free meal. I said, “I truly am grateful for that but thats not what I want, I want a refund and he did give that to me. I thanked him and went on with my day.

What happened to your location? Long wait times, during peak hours. And when you finally get to the counter the food is horrible. Guy letting steak die in a grill, while he mixes rice and is walking around like a sloth. Employees were happy, but probably bc they have to barely do anything. Sad.

Went in today for food and the woman making it was so rude. The scoops were so small she gave me the bare minimum of everything. Use to love this stuff but I’ll never come back. I wish that I would’ve just walked out!

Short line, went by fast, but when it comes to check out me and my boyfriend got charged for our food and someone else’s. And when my boyfriend said that he’s not blaming them the lady helping us goes “so what are you trying to get out this” with an attitude the whole conversation.
I had to explain that we were charged $32 for our food, and $24 for some other random order, she shouldn’t have to ask what I’m trying to get out of this, its pretty clear that I wanted my money back
It’s ridiculous that we had to explain their mistake to them, getting charged over $50 dollars for a $32 dollar order.
