Girl in the drive thru is always rude 3 different times and she’s had the same attitude.
Ordered my sandwich with no mayo. They put it on the sandwich noticed then stopped there is no reason I should have mayo on my lettuce and pickles if it was removed from the sandwich in the first place. !

Seems like every other time I go to this location my order gets messed up or items are missing. I refuse to go through the drive thru because of this. Tonight wasn’t particularly busy but without fail I’m missing items.The zesty sauce I specifically asked for is not in the bag! There just isn’t much value left at BurgerKing anymore. Between the rising prices of every item on board and the dwindling service I’m hard pressed to see a reason to return..

After waiting drive thru a 2nd time because the order wasn’t right..
“oh, well, there’s brisket on there”
“we just ran out and couldn’t tell you”
“we also can’t do anything about it”
and I suppose telling me at the window during pick up wasn’t something anyone could do anything about either? Corporate needs to pull the plug here.

Workers are always polite , food is always warm and packed neatly. I have a burger king closer to me but I prefer the drive and don’t mind the wait because of the service.

What a nice experience I had this morning at this Burger King. Supper nice server and a hot breakfast. Much better than Evil Inga and Terrible Tina at the clown’s restaurant around the corner. Wish Burger King opened earlier.

Customer Service was great. They gave exactly what I ordered. Unlike others, this location gave freshly prepared food. Although the food was of typical flavor for fast food, it was a bit more bearable because the food was hot and not warm.

Waited almost 5 min in drive thru just to be told to wait. Decided to go inside instead just to be told registers are down and mobile orders are a 50/50 on going through. Only saw 2 people in the whole place. Don’t waste your time just go to a different one.
