I was SHOCKED at this bowl. The pieces of chicken didn’t even make up half a cup. It smelled awful, barely any cheese and if there was it was all clumped up in one section. Barely any rice. I paid for this online which is more expensive. This will probably be the start of the end of chipotle for me. As a loyal customer since you open as well as an ex employee when I was in highschool. Your meat servings are 4 oz half a cup, which is already nothing and they gave me less than that…. Then when I ordered the sides of chicken one of the sides was half full and the other was full. We pay for our food, I don’t get what the issue is with the staff and not having logical sense of what the portions are. They are stingy. Mind you all I ever get is chicken rice cheese and beans. I could get about 6-6 other things for free so why are they so stingy. I actually could not eat this bowl and wasn’t even able to get a refund because it was on uber eats.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle. The portions were pathetic, barely any rice, barely any protein, and the bowl looked half empty while still charging full price like nothing is wrong. Then the employee thought I asked for double meat, scooped it in, and when I said I did not want double, they literally took food back out of my bowl and threw it back into the main serving tray. That is disgusting and a blatant food safety violation. Once food touches a customer’s bowl, it does not go back into a communal container, ever. That is how cross-contamination happens and how someone with allergies ends up seriously harmed. Instead of apologizing, the staff were rude and acted annoyed like I was the problem. I have been to plenty of other Chipotle locations and other franchises and have never received service this careless and unsanitary, so this is clearly a management issue at this specific location. To make it worse, I have seen rats crawling around outside the establishment at night, so it is not a stretch to wonder what is going on inside. Between the tiny portions, unsafe food handling, rude employees, and obvious hygiene concerns, this place is a disaster. Do better.

The worst. The service is absolute TRASH. I overlooked the fact that almost none of the workers speak English, until it started affecting how they would prepare my food because they would get it all wrong. I’m bilingual and when I switched to using their native tongue, which I’m fluent in, and pointing towards what I wanted, they still did not understand. Specifically, there’s a lady named Dainely or Dainoris (possibly butchered her name) who is an absolute rude unpleasant excuse of a human. ALL the workers today were extremely unpleasant to deal with and we had the worst experience overall. We haven’t had a good experience at this chipotle in years, but I always continue to give them a chance. After today’s experience, never again. They packaged our food to-go when I specifically asked to dine in. They forgot to give me guac I paid for and when I went back for it, they proceeded to give me more sass. The cashier Yelianne was also rude and lacks any sort of people skills. If I can give this location zero stars, I would.

The service at this Chipotle Mexican Grill is terrible. The portions of protein they serve customers are extremely small—honestly not enough for anyone to feel full. What’s frustrating is that I’ve seen employees make their own bowls and they pile on the protein so high it looks like a mountain, while paying customers barely get anything.
On top of that, the staff isn’t welcoming at all. When you say “thank you,” they don’t even respond with “you’re welcome.” Overall, the service and portioning here are really disappointing.

One of the worst Chipotle visits I’ve ever had. The store was a complete mess dirty floors, overflowing trash, and food scraps everywhere. Flies were landing directly on the food the food counter. I watched an employee touch her pants while wearing gloves, then continue handling food without washing her hands or changing gloves. Basic food safety was completely ignored. On top of that, the guy serving had a nasty attitude—no greeting, no eye contact, just clear frustration that customers were even there. I recently visited Chipotle and found the food to be okay. The burrito I had was decent, but nothing extraordinary. One tip I have is to visit this location before 12 PM; it tends to be much cleaner and more organized before the lunchtime rush hits.
If you’re in the mood for a quick meal, it’s a good spot to consider, just aim for that earlier time!

I came in today to order a carne asada bowl and honestly the experience was disappointing. The employee serving the carne asada grabbed the spoon, shook almost everything off, and put barely four small pieces of steak in the bowl. I asked politely for a little more because it was clearly not a normal portion, and she gave us a rude look and said it would be charged as double. We agreed, but it felt unfair considering we were basically getting a bowl with no meat.
We spent forty three dollars on two bowls and received attitude instead of good service. We come here all the time and usually never have a problem, but today was ridiculous. I wish I could name the employee because this was not acceptable customer service at all

Terrible service! The employees are trying to go so fast that they throw food and make a mess on the containers and counters. They don’t clean it up, and they drag the containers on top of the contaminated food. The kitchen in the back is filthy, and they prepare the rice on top of a dirty counter. They ignore what you ask them to put on your food. I said a little bit of medium sauce, and they put a huge blob. I said no cheese, and they put cheese. The floors are dirty with food. Extremely disappointed with how filthy the restaurant looked. I wanted to go to the back to help them clean. Extremely unappealing to come back.

TERRIBLE service. Had to go in today, May 30th because the website was not letting me order for pick up. Ordered 4 different things INCLUDING a Wholesome Bowl, which the way Chipolte offers it is GRAIN AND KETO. The people making the orders were rushing and trying to get everything out of the way fast and clearly did not pay attention to the Wholesome Bowl because when I opened it at home it had MORE RICE than anything else. SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LOCATION. WILL MAKW SURE TO NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Asked the lady to put lettuce on the food, she put it at the end after all was prepared.
And obviously had to be thrown on the side.
Again rushing customers and not taking time to listen and assist properly.
