Wow this Applebee’s was amazing.
Food was excellent! I recommend the steak with garlic shrimp topping.
Young lady working the curb side to go (Valentines evening) was great! She included utensils and napkins in the bag without me even asking which was appreciated and thoughtful. 10 out of 10

I ordered steak with mash potatoes, chicken Alfredo and spinach deep.I ordered the steak medium, but it was overcooked and dry like it was from the day before. It was hard to eat. The chicken alfredo was ok but the spinach deep was horrible. The chips were burnt and dry and the deep was blent. I used to eat at applebees often buy this is not it. The food quality is not the same.

Whats going on man. This food was pretty good, specifically the wonton tacos. The waiter Olivia was very nice and was talking with my disabled son about one of his favorite games “Dispatch” which made him feel very welcome. Olivia gave great recommendations and definitely made us feel welcome. Overall great experience but don’t go to the bathroom there was poop on the floor.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in the hostess was unwelcoming and almost seemed not to understand us at all. We asked if a specific server was working & she vaguely nodded her head & said yea. Then takes us to a booth, sets down the menus without a word or a smile and takes off. I’m at this point already not feeling the vibes. I look around as we’re waiting, hoping to see the server we requested. She is nowhere to be found. Neither was our server for that matter. We ended up waiting at least 10min for a server to finally show up. We place our drink order & food order at the same time. I asked for water with lemon.. When it came… no lemon.. and when I asked a question about a new menu item she seemed uninterested and aloof. So I ended up choosing something I’ve had before. The noodles in my mac & cheese were chewy, old and dry. Like they were either sitting in the pan too long or the dish was plated previously & sat under the warmer way too long. Even the “chicken strips” were like the last ones in the bottom of the bag of frozen strips & then were microwaved too long. There was BARELY any sauce on the strips. The server left my water empty since just after the food came out. We ended up having to search her out to get to go boxes & order dessert. When we did I specifically asked for more water. She never brought it. Won’t be back.

As a retail worker myself, I know when I am being a customer service nightmare for a worker, and last night was one of those nights. We gave Carlos a hard time by bringing a rowdy group and a picky eater, but he handled it so well and was fun, silly, and welcoming of us regardless. A very accommodating and understanding employee and we all think he deserves a raise for being such a good sport while still giving us the same level of care and respect as he would give his better-behaved customers! He has great people skills and I hope he is appreciated for being such a valuable face in the establishment! Thank you Carlos!

We come to this Applebees bi weekly …
Over the last few weeks we have noticed the service has gone downhill! We would always request Izabella ( amazing server ) or Bob ( both fabulous) .
Neither work there and does it show!!!
We had a server Monica ( very disappointed) .
I stated to order and she felt it was necessary to TRY to complete what I wanted! Finally I asked her if I could give her my order. She did the same with my friend.
We had to ask for a refill of our beverage.
She never came back to see how our food was.
We had to ask for Togo containers.
She asked if we were interested in dessert?
We said yes.
Never gave a s menu
There was no kiosk on our table.
I had to get up grab a kiosk from another nearby table . I ordered our dessert .
Manager sat at a nearby table never came to check on any table. Poor service food was good
