The food was good. The atmosphere was fun and our waiter was great. They won’t seat you until your entire party is there, even though we had reservations. One person in our group of 8 was stuck in traffic and we waited 20+ minutes to be sat because she was late. The waiter was helpful with the menu showing photos of items we had questions about. Once we ordered, It took a little while to get our food. The portions are HUGE! I feel like they were pare for the price, but those with smaller appetites pay a lot for the rest of it to go to waste. I feel one entree could easily feed two people, at least.

We had a wonderful experience at Hash Kitchen. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the avocado trio, and both dishes really stood out. The chicken and waffles were cooked crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and super flavorful. The avocado trio was a fun mix of flavors, with elote-style, bruschetta, and ricotta toppings that each tasted fresh and well-balanced.

Our server, Chloe, was great from start to finish. She was attentive without being pushy, checked in at the right times, and made sure everything came out the way we wanted. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and the overall atmosphere was upbeat and enjoyable.

Overall, a really solid brunch spot with delicious food and excellent service.

Trendy little spot for the IG crowd located just off of 130-something in Draper.
Well lit and Gen Z Decorated .. this breakfast/brunch restaurant is perfect for your influencer day out.
The food is photo worthy. The menu is eclectic and different than most Utah fare.
The service is above average as is the food. Made fresh and served hot .. it definitely has a unique taste that I can’t place.
They serve alcohol .. if that’s a plus for you .. and have a DJ every now and again.

Definitely worth a try once or twice however it’s not somewhere I’d frequent.

Great breakfast and coffee with quality ingredients and great flavors. Came for breakfast and the coffee was excellent and the portions a great value for the cost. Everything came out hot and fresh. Service was friendly and attentive and they were very helpful with food allergies in our party. This is an excellent place for breakfast in the area and great place with friends.

This is a gem of a breakfast location. One thing I can say with absolute certainty is that you BETTER get those cannoli donuts for an appetizer.
The only disappointment for me was my breakfast tacos. When I order tacos, I expect to eat with my hands? And this item was served in more of a Chilaquiles style…. Don’t get me wrong….It was extremely delicious…. But it was not what I was expecting so it kind of “ruined” the experience? It is VERY popular for good reason, so that means it’s PACKED… so use the internet, join the waitlist so you aren’t on the porch for 45 min.

We don’t live near Draper, but the moment I found out we had errands there, Hash immediately made the itinerary. Priorities. It was just down the road—dangerously convenient. I’ve been following their IG for a while and their brunch always looks bumping, so expectations were high.
We got there early, which meant the Bloody Mary bar (and other alcoholic temptations) were off limits—but that’s fine. Who really needs a good drink at 9:30am? (Don’t answer that.)
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and escorted to a cozy little table for two. The place smelled amazing—like the kind of smell that immediately makes you hungrier than you already were. Our waitress was an absolute peach (wish I remembered her name—we went a few weeks ago). She walked us through the app and shared her favorite food and drink recommendations like a true brunch MVP.
My husband ordered the chorizo burrito, and I went with the chorizo omelet plus a very yummy latte. The portions were big—we definitely could’ve shared, but I’m glad we didn’t because my omelet was jam-packed with flavor and paired perfectly with the crispy potatoes. Zero regrets. Plates were cleared. Pants were tighter. Worth it.
We’ll absolutely be back… preferably during Bloody Mary bar hours next time ☕️

This is now my favorite brunch spot. The service by Kaz was wonderful. The food was even better than we expected, even had gluten free options which was wonderful since my daughter has celiac. The coffee and alcohol drinks were so delicious. We waited til 11:30 prompt to try the Bloody Mary and mimosa flights and wow they were worth it. The scene is such a vibe and that alone could have brought us back. Sandy gave us some great local tips on things to do since we have a table full of out of staters. We had such a great experience here and will definitely be going back!!!

The chicken and waffles looked beautiful, but was severely disappointing. I literally went somewhere else to get lunch after because of how unsatisfying it was. The chicken was incredibly fatty and the waffles were somehow chewy, even though they looked perfectly golden brown.
If you’re looking for a club/party atmosphere for sweet treats & booze, you’re in the right spot. Most of the food is deep fried and overly sugary. The canoli donuts were delicious, but again, so sweet. Staff was kind and attentive. My partner’s burrito was good and a large portion, but not good enough that we would revisit. Also, be aware that you can check in online, but the wait was still almost an hour in person, after we checked-in online an hour prior. (It was Valentine’s Day, so maybe the wait isn’t always that long.)

Don’t be fooled by the bland exterior of this restaurant. Inside is a lively, modern breakfast joint full of charismatic staff bumping house beats. The service is top notch, the owner came over to personally apologize about a slight miscommunication with our order and made it right.

As for the food, the huevos rancheros were phenomenal. I switched the carnitas for the chicken tikka and was pleasantly surprised with how filling this skillet was. The s’mores coffee was very sugary and contains a large amount of caffeine so beware. Delicious nonetheless. This is an ideal spot for Sunday brunch. Highly reccomend!

9 am on a Sunday.
Everything was top notch. Our server, Naleen, was so thoughtful to ask where we would like to sit with our dog (based on how some dogs react to people walking by). The food was great, along with the speed of service and music. I could go on; it was just nice to have a good experience.
