This was an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience. I was served food containing cilantro that was green but clearly slimy/silky, which is a known sign of spoilage. I unfortunately ate some of it before realizing.
When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was not believed and my concern was dismissed instead of being taken seriously. As someone who is 36 weeks pregnant, this was frightening and stressful. After being brushed off, I told them “good luck”, because if anything happens to me or my baby due to this, that responsibility will be on them.
Food safety is not subjective. Serving spoiled ingredients and refusing to acknowledge a legitimate concern shows a serious lack of accountability and care for customers’ health. I would strongly caution others — especially pregnant customers — to be careful.

This place is disgusting. Smelly, dirty and food looked like it was reused. My burrito had a smell to it, and tasted sour. The manager had stains and sweet stains on his shirt, and the rest of the staff had nappy beards and peircing in there faces. This all happened at 11am just after opening. Never again beware this nasty place.

All right, I’m not sure what it is if it’s inflation or people don’t care about their job or maybe Qdoba is cutting back.
But my chicken bowl I’ve been getting consistently at least once a week for the last eight years and every single time I go there I feel like the portions are getting smaller and smaller.
Tonight the gentleman making my bowl would scoop whatever I was asking for into the spoon and then shake it, I asked for double chicken and let me remind you there was a time where the food would touch the sides of the bowl and it was hard to even press it down…
I’m going to Post what my bowl look like at the end of this, but is this the regular standard for Qdoba because I remember a time where I would actually get filled up A double chicken bowl but now I feel like you’re just paying $14 for half a chicken breast Not even a full scoop of whatever the Other condiment might be.
Disappointed and this is not the first time…

Very unhygienic. I walked in and the smell was so bad i legitimately almost threw up. I feel so sick even 10 minutes after leaving this place. Workers need to have a cleanly working environment for themselves and customers. Looking at recent reviews I’m clearly not the only one as other people have said this as well. Very disappointing because I have been here before and it’s not always like this. However you guys need to do better, I had to eat at chipotle instead after leaving this place, due to the smell. Just bad experience overall.

Just letting you this corporation know that the Canton, Michigan location )Ford Rd) customer service is very HORRIBLE. Their workers and the lady whom was fair skinned Blk lady suggested for me to leave state “You can leave” as what appeared to be frustration upon the gentleman who wore glasses ,tall fair skinned who prepared my bowl and never given me a chance to give my burrrii nor make my order. As I repeated and inquired for sn burrito he was staring at someone confusing the customer next to me whereas the customer didn’t know if he was preparing my food or his. As a suggestion that location needs training on customer service and in patience when there’s a crowd. I really was looking forward to a nice meal from this establishment, nevertheless their postures and positions said other wise and for the woman who appeared to been then manager suggested for me to leave was uncalled for. I rarely leave reviews nevertheless the manager attitude and the Male server wasn’t professional at all. That location needs to get some better training.

Love qudoba! However, this resturant is honestly disgusting dirty. The floors had debris all over, the pop machine area had dried up pop & trash all over the floor & counters, EVERY single trash can was so full that we had to leave our trash on the top of it. Its honestly a shame. I wont eat at this location again. Wasnt even busy at that.

Is this location unable to stock citrus fruits? Every time I come here there are NO lemons and NO limes. And the guac has dwindled down to a sloppy, brown mess more often than not. The staff seems totally uninterested in their jobs, and they aren’t friendly. They have also just about HALVED the size of the scoops of everything and then tell you if you want more than 6 tiny pieces of meat it’s $2 extra. Used to get fully loaded bowls here. Not any longer. This USED TO BE my go-to location, but I may just suck it up and start going back out to the location on 8mi and Haggerty.

Restaurant is empty. Food is bland. There are no vegan option. My veggie bowl was under salted and all the salsas and the queso and the guacamole were so terribly bland I had to write a review. All the salsas taste like Ragu Marinara sauce! I had to add salt and hot sauce to the bowl at home in attempt to salvage it. Not Real Mexican food.
Produce was fresh and for the most part the station was clean. Flavor= 1/10
