Easily one of the better Cook Outs I have been to. Definitely the cleanest. Service was fast and friendly and I liked the Clemson vibe. If you’re in the area, there’s definitely worth a stop before the game.

Never really been compelled to leave a bad review before… I ordered through the drive through, they can barely hear me, I order anyways and when I tell you those kids in there completely botched my order up, they gave me a chicken sandwich with just tomato and chicken( I ordered it just without lettuce, everything else was ok), gave me 3 nuggets(only 3???),and instead of the cheesecake I ordered I got milkshakes, which I saw and got corrected before I got home and opened up my box of disappointment. Definitely just gonna go to the anderson location from now on. They didn’t even ring my oder up right, not even close, who gets a dry chicken sandwich with just tomato?? Either its too loud in there or yall not listening.

The treatment I just got in the Clemson location was horrible!!
I don’t typically call specific people out but in this case … Anyaha G (name on the receipt )… You were awful today. You all but threw my drink at me and quoted the wrong drink flavor, as I was trying to question you on the possible mistake, you slammed, not closed, slammed the window shut. You then proceed to hand me the milkshake. You thrust it through my car window with ice cream running down the side and dripping off the cup. As I’m trying to find something for the mess that’s suddenly in my hands, you’re standing at the window with the second impatiently shaking it at me. I pointed out the first cup has a hole in it and you snatched it back and just plopped the shake, cup and all into another cup.
Once the drinks and shakes were handed to me you tell me to have a nice night … Mind you it’s only 11: 20am. You then realized you hadn’t even given me the food ordered. You sling the bag through the window, food tray is not even closed to keep heat in the tray.
I don’t know if you were having a bad morning or what but maybe next time don’t be so worried about redaction of a statement you made and focus on the job you’re being paid to do.

The food quality is as expected, better than McDonald’s and Wendy’s and all not as great as a steakhouse. The service is hit or miss depending on who is working, sometimes they are high and sometimes they dont care much. Other times, they do relatively well.

Such a reliable choice for food. Cook Out is an amazing place to eat whenever you need something quick, cheap, and good. They might not serve gourmet burgers, but they make amazing, consistent food for people who don’t want to break the bank.

Absolutely disgusting. You think the food would be fresh when they’re busy. This is my second time going although the first time was terrible. I wanted to give it a second chance and I regret it. Workers don’t even greet you. You just pay for the food then they hand you it and tell you everything is in the bag. I got cheese fries and just like last time, the fries are cold and cheese is hot. Why do employees think it’s okay to serve that; I bet they wouldn’t eat that. Won’t be back!!

price for two trays & 2 drinks was $13. 10/10 it was getting close to 3am when they close so i guess they gave me the rest of their cheese bites and they were 10/10 the cheese pulled out of them like mozzarella sticks. the name for the cashier on our receipt said crystal so i hope it’s who served us at the window because she was 10/10 too. even complimented my sweater and my dog on my phone screen bc i paid with apple pay. everything was 10/10.

The older yet attractive female taking my order was so kind to my son who had autism. Although I couldn’t say the same about the person making my food. Even tho he was respectful he made my chicken a little dry. Needless to say amazing people all the way around so nice definitely coming back to this location. Shout out to the guy who got shot in the leg he’s a trooper feel better man or female I don’t assume.
