We love this chain, having frequented it since it started in Conshohocken. We live the Ambler location for its lively atmosphere and impeccable service. We finally stopped in here after living in Ambler for over a year and what a pleasant surprise! This is the best Mexican food in Ambler! The mole sauce was standout and the salsa was fresh and flavorful. Next time we plan to get some margaritas! We also had flan & 3 leches cake, but no pictures, we ate it all before .
The nachos are always our favorite and great value for the quality and portions of the food.
The ground beef empanadas were a bit greasy, but a napkin fixed it. The tacos, fajitas, nachos and sope were awesome!

The restaurant offered a wide variety of authentic and homecooked style Spanish food for a small town in Ambler, PA. The restaurant atmosphere is cute with Spanish decorations. I ordered their chorizo chimichanga. It was a very large portion and comes with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and chipotle sauce. It was very filling and very delicious. It was mouth-watering. So much flavor and it has a nice kick of spice. Service was great too.

The chicken tacos were perfect for kids, and a good size. Had to try the Quesabirrias, they are juicy, and pack on a little spice. The restaurant itself was not packed for a Sunday at 4:30pm.

If you want the best burritos around Philadelphia, go to El Limon. One branch Might have better burritos than another but they’ll always be super good. The mole sauce is phenomenal.

Had a ton of fun here! 2 complimentary margaritas, woot woot! The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and the food is swell as well. Chips and guac were awesome, I also enjoyed the pork enchiladas. The flan was slightly on the sweeter side but, make no mistake, was a great way to end the meal. Overall, a wonderful establishment!

Up until today, we haven’t had any bad experiences with this location. However, tonight we waited about 30 minutes for a seat, which we were ok with. We then had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Fajitas were brought out without the toppings & it took about 10 min to flag someone down. We had to wait another 10 min to request the check. The reason we went tonight is because we had an e gift card from Christmas. When we went to pay with the gift card, that says it can be used at all El Limon locations, they told us they could not accept gift cards this week because they just got a new system. There were no signs stating that they were not accepting gift cards at this time.
