The music here is often so loud it’s impossible to hold a conversation. Of course, MOD pizza is a favorite. You can’t go wrong with any of their items. Fresh, consistent and delicious and still a decent value!

We went there to get some pizza really quick and get back on our way, as it is build your own pizza we expected some wait time but not for so long. This place seems to be extremely understaffed and I see them working hard. The pizza was okay, as the ingredients didn’t feel very fresh. The staff were friendly. The kitchen seemed a bit messy on the floor and even the dining area was similar. They were out of some drinks, the restrooms were dirty.
We got two pizza’s and mine felt a bit under baked. Wouldn’t visit here again. I guess it can be a better place with more staff around.

When this MOD opened they were spot on. Over time, the quality diminished. Today, Employee Bear made my pizza and cooked it. Usually when i ask for well done, it’s still a bit doughy for me but Bear knows exactly how to prepare, cook, and present the pizza. It was perfect down to the cut. A+++ This guy should be the manager as he obviously cares for the pizza and the people buying it. Thank you!!! Perfection!

First time eating here and we enjoyed our lunch. The lemonade was delicious. Those who love ice, you LOVE this ice! Friendly atmosphere, kid friendly, perfect place to go for a quick bite!

I had an amazing lunch my very first time having a Mod Pizza. Cierra the worker excellent customer service and the young gentleman putting the pizza boxes together excellent customer service. Very clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I’ll be back for sure. Keep up the great work.

My family and I have had MOD quite a few times before, but this experience was worthy of the review!
Daughters birthday party is today, so I showed up right after open to make sure I could get what we needed early enough. Was greeted right away, ordered my six dairy-free cheese breads w/ light garlic, and paid with zero issues. Friendly service from start to finish!
Clean restaurant, lots of condiments and napkins available for diners, service is quick, friend, and approachable. 5/5 on experience and service!
The only reason this is not a 5-star rating is because the paper towel dispenser was empty in the men’s restroom and the roll of paper towels to dry with was sitting on top of the toilet. Not exactly the place I’d prefer to grab my towels from, but at least there was something to dry my hands with ☺️ If I was dining in, this may have affected my experience negatively. Additionally, if this was during lunch rush or end of day, the paper towels being empty is more understandable. At open, though, a little bit of a different story. (More of a note for MOD if they ever read this ☺️)
Overall, it was a good, positive experience!

Often really great food and service, but more inconsistent than you’d expect from a chain. Pizza is best eaten hot out of the oven. This locations’ AC does not keep up so not a great place for a meal on a hot day if you’re looking to escape the heat. At $12 a pizza, it’s not too bad in today’s economy. We order online to skip the line. Enjoy.

Today came by to share a pizza with my wife. When we got the pizza I asked the guy with the hat cooking the pizza if he had an extra small plate. He said no we don’t. I then asked about the bigger plates he was using to put our pizza on. He said no I can’t have one.
I guess it’s against policy to give an extra plate. We won’t be back there are too many other places to eat for $35 for 2 people anyway

This is the only pizza chain in the entire state of Washington that accommodates my son’s egg/dairy allergy. They have vegan cheese, but the texture doesn’t taste good and it sticks to the roof of your mouth. We go with a cheese-less pizza.
