I want to write a novel about how great this little spot is but honestly, I am so stuffed that a food coma is setting in and I don’t think I can. Suffice it to say, the whole experience was splendid. The Tots prepared by Abby were my favorite part. We asked for them extra well done and the extra minute added a perfect amount of crispy crunch that I was looking for. The employees were so kind and Brianna who took our order was both professional and courteous. If I could give it more stars, I would.

Food is still good but the service from the cashiers / ppl at window is horrendous they are always forgetting sauces napkins and even ur drink sometimes they always seem like they are absolutely miserable having the worst day of their life like more then what u would expect from someone working in fast food doesn’t matter what time of day u show up neither day or night they are always miserable it can’t be that bad handing out food and preparing orders I’ve done it before for over a year and was never as upset as these ppl are (edit): didn’t check out my food till after writing this food service is falling off too apparently this is the least appetizing chili cheese dog I’ve ever seen i could understand if I came in 10 minutes before close but I came over an hour before closing…

Good burgers, etc. Fries not as good as they used to be pre-franchising. Neither is the atmosphere…used to be clean, now the dining area sits with dirty tables and you are likely to have to clean a table off yourself (carrying wipes in your purse helps). Now it’s just another burger place with dirty tables. Boo!

Went for lunch, it was busy but wait wasn’t bad. This was our second time coming here and it has not changed, poor food quality and the burgers are too salty. This time I ordered a coney dog, bun was stale and the chili tasted old. The dog was so tough it broke my plastic fork.the skin was so thick, like those gas station dogs grilling all day long. Won’t be back and the next time when I want a coney, the sonic in derby is great, I’ll go there!

The food was amazing as always, but I ordered after 9pm and my food looks like it’s been through a fist fight lol my Jalapeno Pepper Jack burger is so flat and has finger imprints in it. Young woman at the window was also not very friendly, seemed irritated. Other than that still giving 5 stars for the food tasting good. I have never had an issue ordering here until ordering after 9pm for my first time.

Sadly this place has disappointed again. The food used to be really good but every time we go there it gets worse. I got home with this steak burger. Pickle under the burger with mustard everywhere and no one wants to eat a burger over loaded with mustard. Fry’s were like they can from the bottom of the batch all tiny bits and pieces. Was not tasty at all.
