I don’t usually eat at McDonald’s but needed to pick up four meals. Cold food slow service then to top it all a snotty employee with an attitude decided to lecture me on not having four orders through the drive thru. Got back to work and the big Mac was missing a patty. No wonder McDonald’s is loosing millions. People can’t afford the food but the service is bad. I will pass this on to my staff.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Absolutely filthy. Not a single clean table. Floors covered with food and trash. Bathrooms disgusting as well. Ate here on Saturday Aug 13th around 10. Fairly certain there was no manager on site, looked like a bunch of teenagers running the place.! Lots of employees standing around in the back. Seriously the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. – unfortunate because it’s newly remodeled!!

I was waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru and nobody took my order!!!! They were taking orders from the other drive thru and took orders from the people ahead of me and they were taking everyone’s orders but mine. Terrible customer service, rude employees. Waste of time, don’t eat at this place. I hope whoever refused to take my order on Thursday, December 18th gets fired. That is ridiculous. Literally had to drive around and go inside to get my food. This is bullshit. McDonald’s, why????

Ordered the $5.50 double deal. This is no lie there was 7 fries 7 in the entire order. Ok ordered with no pickles extra onion that was to much I guess they pulled the double off the line pulled the pickles that off but could still see in indents in the cheese and taste them. Didn’t give a receipt so I had no proof to complain. Very disappointed will start going to Wendy’s I guess. 7 fries damn.

I tried using my app to order food and the cashier made a mistake. He then asked SHIELA the “manager for assistance because my codes were not applying. She then came over and said the cashier made an error and there was NOTHING she could do my code was gone she wouldn’t override or anything. So I guess Sheila thinks the customer has to pay for a cashiers error? POOR MANAGEMENT

Bathroom was sparkling clean as was the dining room. Employee cleaning the dining room was very nice. Such a pleasant experience.

Staff is inattentive and rude. Table tents are scattered around the insanely filthy lobby, and no tables are clean + trash bin doors are wide open. 4 managers are present, not one of whom is attending front of house / register area.
Furthermore, my sandwich had some kind of papery strands mixed in with it, perhaps some packaging that the cook forgot to remove.
Lastly on two separate occasions I saw line cooks cough directly into their hands and then continue to cook.
I do not recommend coming to this location, and I highly advise that the health inspector / department of health be contacted.

Really McDonald’s? Really? Do employees not know how to do basic things like fill a cup correctly? I bought 2 large lattes that are just slightly over halfway full. If I wanted medium lattes, I would’ve bought medium lattes, not large lattes. What a ripoff.

Ordered food on the app for curbside pickup. Notified the location of our spot number after we arrived. Food was cold when they brought it out. Coffee, egg muffins, hash browns… All cold.

We stood at the counter for over 5 min just to get the sauce we ordered with no one acknowledging us there and when they finally did it was “What”. My burger was raw all the way through and the fries were undercooked which when you wait for 20-30 min for you food should not be the case. It was just all around horrible service
