Got a 10 PC special with one side and biscuits, got 6 wings out of 10 pcs… wtaf??? We were hungry so nah I didnt take it back but sure wish I had… want what’s left?? Service was horrible. Need to speak to management but phones just ring busy. Chicken was decent but room temp, sides were hot but Mac was watery mush, the mashed potatoes were as expected but as usual the highlight of the meal was the biscuit in its buttery glory. If the service wasn’t awful I’d have written any of the food’s shortcomings to an off day. But after being overcharged just under $15 for a 2pc meal consisting of 2pc of dark meat chicken, a biscuit and 2 small sides and NO drink, no napkin, no spoon, nothing else…. I must say something.

I was on the road on the way to Houston. And a young worker named Allen was doing the work of 3 people at the front. The guy was absolutely flying and speaking 2 languages. Never seen such a hard worker in fast food. Had to say something here. Service was slow due to order volume but He fixed people’s orders and kept the orders incoming.

In general if I have an issue with the food I receive from a restaurant I address it with the restaurant, however there wasn’t a lot that could be done. I haven’t had Popeyes in about 5+ yrs. I ordered a 4 piece (2 breast 2 wings. 1 spicy and 1 mild of each.) I also ordered the 6 pack of lemon pepper honey party wings. I used to love Popeyes but this chicken had zero flavor. I barely tasted like chicken. The “gravy” on the mashed potatoes was close to water in consistency and had NO flavor. The biscuit saved it from being a complete waste as good for me as I plan to give the chicken (minus bones) to my dog and put the mashed potatoes and the lemon pepper wings in the trash. I really did try to find something good other than the biscuit. Next time I guess I’ll listen to my daughters advice and get burger king.

I don’t know if it’s just Popeyes in and around Dallas Texas…. I came to this location solemnly because I dont learn! 3.4 avg review and I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I ordered a number one and I understand that pictures are curated and the reality is different, but by God at least I expect it to be very close to the picture in the menu. Oh but no, they gave me what they wanted. I got a 2 bottom hard and dry bun chicken sandwich little to no spicy sauce and 1 pickle.
I am done with Popeyes for a good while.

I went to place a drive thru order @ 10:05 for my son and they weren’t answering so I drive to the window and all the workers are in the back eating and talking one of the workers see me and tells me to go back to the speaker but I told her nobody is answering and she ignored me rolled her eyes and dismissed me, I tried calling the complaint # which is the stores # so of course nobody answered just so unprofessional and very disrespectful workers. Making a bad reputation for the brand in my opinion.

Terrible customer service, its 11:40 im the only person in line or there for that matter i accidentally forgot to select a drink on my online order and it auto selected coke once she game me the drink i asked for a substitute and she told me she already made it she cant substitute it . Even though it would take like 30 seconds if that.

I arrived at store at approximately 620pm on 6/29/22. I ordered an 8pc meal. I asked for all dark meat. I was told they can’t do that. The popeyes by my house does it all the time. So I ordered an extra 2 legs and 2 thighs for my family since they don’t eat breasts. I ordered 24pc nugget. 2 strawberry cheesecake pies. After sitting in the store for 50 minutes. I was handed my order. I was in such a hurry and I didn’t check it. I received 4 wings, 4 breasts. 2 more wings and 2 more breasts for the extra pieces. I received 2 apple pies. My order was 59.45. My entire order was wrong except the 24 nuggets. Which is why they said it tool so long. During my wait. Another lady arrived order 14. She ordered ahead. It wasn’t ready when she arrived. They informed her they didn’t have what she ordered. Right after was an Uber driver. Order 24. Her order was not ready. I was order 23. I tried calling the store several times to make arrangements to return the uneaten food. I didn’t touch any of it. They never answered the phone. I am a truck driver so I am currently getting loaded at a shipper and am unsure if I can return to the store before they close at 10pm. I call the customer service center. I hope to get my money back. I’ve never had this problem before at my local Popeyes in El Paso TX.

I’m a truck driver it’s already hard for us to pull in to places that we can get a good meal from. The cleanliness of this establishment is not up to par, toilet over flowing, employee going in to just do a wipe down and coming back to prep food is not a good look right in front of customers. The lady in front of me walked right out. The employee should of washed their hands and get rid of gloves before entering the food area. Where’s the health inspection people who is here to do the job to make sure the customers are not being affected by this?????? And why is it we as human being can’t make the right conscious effort for the sake of others to do or be better. As a truck driver I already don’t have hours to drive down and find another place to eat. DO BETTER BE BETTER DON’T JUST SAY SORRY BE ABOUT IT AND BE ABOUT CHANGE. I WOULD HOLD MYSELF TO THAT AS WELL IF I’M WORKING!

Every time I go they always forget something this time my fries for my 5pc tender I usually check but I only ordered 3things so I figured surely they wouldn’t get that wrong! Then you try calling them to let them know and the phone line is always busy as if it’s off the hook or something.
