Throwing meat around no homo this place is the best. Great hoagies we’ll try three different ones. I love them all especially the sweet peppers adding a nice kick to your sandwich. I like the sauce they have on there. Good price as well. Definitely feel like I got my moneys worth. Can’t wait to go back here.! amazing staff

If you work on a ship docking in FLL, this is the best place for a good lunch for a fair price. The sandwiches are totally loaded, and you can easily share the large. Be sure to get the hot peppers, pickles, and all the works

We brought a party of 11. The team did great. We all had a long day and wanted some quick grub. Corbin, Chris and Josh helped us out so much. The food and service were excellent. There was ample seating for us as well. The overall restaurant we clean and well kept. I would recommend anything they have as everyone enjoyed their sub. Plus everyone took leftovers for a late night snack.

Laspada’s makes good sandwiches. They’re large, the meat, bread and veggies are all pretty good quality.

I am a big fan of the Davie (original) location. But this location off 17th Street is off my list for good now, even though it’s quite a bit closer to my home. The service is terrible.

Several times I’ve placed an order online for pickup, (2-4 sandwiches, I wasn’t ordering catering or anything), arrived at my scheduled pick up time, only to be told “uh, we’re working on it right now.”. In fact, they’ve never had my order ready when I’ve walked into this location.

Today I ordered 4 sandwiches. I placed my order directly through the restaurant’s website (no third party app to blame!) and received my confirmation email that gave a pickup time. I arrived at the scheduled time – at almost 2pm, not peak lunch rush, and the cashier told me the order was almost ready. He walked down the counter to the meat cutter station and let me know it would be “just a minute.”

There was a continuous stream of other customers coming in and walking through the line, but never more than would fit in front of the counter to talk to the sandwich makers. I waited. And waited. During that time they served 2 other take out orders (one pick up and one Uber) and about 12-15 walk-in customers. Most of them arrived after I walked in, ordered sandwiches at the counter, paid, and either sat down to eat or left before my order was even started.

At the 10 minute mark I caught the eye of the cashier and he adamantly told me “your sandwiches are on the board now!”

20 minutes after my scheduled pick up time (which was another 20 minutes after the time I placed my order) I finally got the 4 Italian sandwiches. A half-hearted apology was offered, but this is the third time I recently that I’ve had a ridiculously long wait for a preorder pick up at this location.

It would have been much faster if I had walked in and ordered there. I’m not sure why they offer an online order option if they don’t even begin to make the sandwiches until 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time – even with the customer waiting in the restaurant.

I won’t preorder here anymore, and it’s pretty unlikely I’ll be back to this location at all.

Was staying at the Omni for a convention and needed something to eat for lunch. Searched nearby on the Google, saw Laspadas, went.

If you love a good sandwich then do yourself a favor and go here. Fresh sliced deli meat when you order your sandwich, seriously, they start slicing based on what you order. Fresh vegetables. Fresh bread. Just go. You’re gonna be happy. If you’re in a hotel get a large, when they offer to wrap half don’t take it as a challenge, just let them. Have the other half for dinner.

Hidden gem sandwich shop on the back side of the shopping plaza. The line was at the door when I arrived. Service is slow but they are very precise and methodical about making your sandwich the way you want it. The shop had 1or 2 female patrons but it was primarily working men enjoying a good sandwich and chips for lunch. I was so undecided about the sandwich I wanted but I ultimately chose the meatball sub and although I know I can only eat 1/4 of any sub at a time, I ordered the large. Only $13 for the large and a better deal for the money. Unfortunately the person helping me didn’t ask any questions about how I wanted it, but she quickly found out I wanted mayo and pickles in addition to just meatballs and marinara. The meatballs are huge; the marinara was okay but not the best I’ve had on a meatball sub. Very thick and full of chucks of tomato. Taste was more commercial than homemade. The meatballs themselves were well seasoned, uniformly shaped and extremely large and tasteful. I saw the chicken salad platter being made while standing in line but was quite disappointed when my tuna platter was handed to me. The only options are iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers; boring for a salad.
