Parsley Modern Mediterranean on W Tropicana is truly one of the best spots in Las Vegas, and the night crew deserves every bit of recognition. Every time I walk in, they are incredibly inviting, caring, and genuinely hospitable in a way that feels rare these days. They listen, they pay attention to the small details, and they always make you feel like you are more than just another customer. You feel welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of from the moment you step inside. The atmosphere is warm, the service is quick and thoughtful, and it is clear that the team truly loves what they do. It turns a good healthy meal into a consistently great experience. I highly recommend visiting during the night shift because they create something genuinely special.

Food was bad rice is not cooked thru The beef kabobs so bad the chicken shawarma had no taste. Also the chicken tikka is dry .ordered for my whole family and the whole family didn’t like it. Hummus is very very bitter also got charged for extra kalamata olives and tabouli and got charged for other things the girl didn’t inform me .will not be back again and I will feel bad for customers going there .theres no way any one will like this .waste of money all the food went straight to the garbage .there’s absolutely no hate in this comment just honesty

I was so hungry and the food hit the spot! I like how much food I was able to get that was gluten free. I recommend checking it out. The ladies behind the counter/ bar were wonderful. This was our first time and they were so sweet helping us!

This Mediterranean spot is my go-to place when I’m in Vegas. I purposely book my room down the street so I know we don’t have to drive that far to get food. This is my second year going because CES 2025 is when I found the place and I fell in love with the taste of the food.
Now concerning customer service Mr. Nas is the one who actually got me to come back again this year for my dinner plate after the CES show before settling in for the night. I ordered the same chicken kebab, but I decided to get double protein because I was super hungry since I didn’t eat all day. One of our friends stopped by to have a beer and I literally just started eating the food and soon as they sat down I heard what’s that asking about my plate cause he wanted to try it lol and liked it a lot besides piece of chicken in spicy harissa sauce .
They are local from the area and I said the place is located right down the street and send them a link, so I’m sure they will be visiting soon. Also mentioned that they go in the evening time so Nas and the night crew can serve them the correct way that brought me back for a second year in a row!!
And I ate my old my whole plate even having double chicken BECAUSE it tastes that good, plus when you don’t eat the whole day at the show it makes it worth the wait. Plus your eating healthy food not some fast food garbage….
I’ll be back to this place “every” time I’m in Vegas!!

I haven’t eaten at a Parsley’s in 10 years so I was very rusty at ordering. I had the pleasure of being served by Vanessa and Nas. They helped me through the ordering process with amazing smiles. Some places make you feel like you’re bothering them not knowing how the place operates. I got a shawarma wrap and it was perfection. Everything tastes very fresh and I came in at 9:30 pm. 10/10 will go there again. I highly recommend THIS LOCATION. Tip them well.

Me and my husband were looking for something quick and healthy. So we ended up here and it turned out awesome. The portion of food was huge. I almost could not finish it.
Everything is very fresh. We went the last hour they were closing, and they still have everything.
The service was awesome especially“Mathew”. He walked us all the way through the line since it was our first time there and he recommended us cucumber drink. We loved it!
I wish we have something like this where we live, but this is 4 hours flight away. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

They are super nice and attentive. They are understaffed but are doing amazingly. Please give support and understanding to the staff. Hopefully they’ll get more employees to help run the place! We need good employees like them helping us serve food!!
