I specifically ordered a warm latte. What I was given was extremely hot — literally boiling. I burned myself because I did not expect a drink labeled “warm” to be that dangerously hot. It felt like straight boiling water.
This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Ignoring temperature instructions is not a small mistake — it is a serious safety issue. Customers should not risk being burned because employees cannot or do not bother to read basic drink instructions.
Why are temperature options offered at all if they are not followed? If your staff cannot prepare drinks according to clearly stated instructions, they should not be handling hot beverages.
I expect this to be taken seriously, not dismissed as a minor inconvenience. This could have resulted in a much more serious injury.

The people that work here make this establishment a truly remarkable place. I had a rough morning – as most of us do occasionally – but the staff made me feel so much better. They were kind, understanding, and gracious. They are helpful, expedient, communicative, and extremely on top of their stuff. I absolutely prefer local to corporate, but I will revisit this Starbucks regularly simply because of the incredible people who work here.

The lady that was working on 8/14/2025 around 8am-8:30am in the drive through needs to be fired! She has HORRIBLE customer service! Ordered 2 drinks with oat milk & 1 with vanilla sweet cold foam.. which was on the sticker btw. When my friend Lauren told her it was wrong the lady was VERY rude to her & seemed like it was such a hassle to get her to just add what we paid for (refused to add it btw) , not only that but we didn’t even get oat milk, me not so much of a bid deal, I just enjoy it! My friend on the other hand, VERY lactose intolerant & we told them to remake the matcha & the iced latte bc she couldn’t have regular milk & we PAID FOR IT! Sure enough, they purposefully did regular milk on BOTH drinks & still no cold foam on mine, LOL! The new drinks were not with oat milk & my friend didn’t know until she took 1 sip & had a stomach ache right away! Not only was the oat milk, vanilla sweet cold foam & the syrup missing for our drinks but the lady was NOT willing to fix it! I will be reaching out to corporate about this as that is NOT OKAY! Normally this location is just rude in general, old ahhh hags that can’t get a better job, so they take it out on guest, so normally I’m just as rude back because I don’t take that ish, but my dear friend is an angel & was too stressed about the whole situation & needed to be at work! DO BETTER OR GET A DEGREE SO YOU AREN’T SO MISERABLE !! <3 -only took a photo of my drink to show the label had everything right but the employees are incompetent

I ordered a drink as an online order on my birthday, and waited outside this location for them to make it. It took over an hour, and several interactions between me and staff here before they acknowledged they simply forgot to make the order.
They then gave me a $4 Starbucks card as an apology. Sufficiency of that aside, I went to use that card today and it only had $0.81 on it. They gave me a used card.

This Starbucks is awesome. It’s huge. I mostly appreciate that they know what lite ice means. Will definitely be back.
