Ordered a Barbacoa taco and potato and egg this morning and let me tell you almost 11 dollars for that! On top of that the oil on ONE taco went through the bag and stained my clothes! El pato do better when it comes to making those tacos soooo much grease that it went through the bag. It was disgusting and I’m very disappointed with the lady who charged me she was very rude as if she wanted me to hurry up and leave!

We decided to stop by for their Wednesday special – tacos with rice and beans. It took about 30mins at the drive thru and the tacos had no flavor at all! No seasoning or salt at all, they were completely flavorless.

Ordered the fajita plate and nd and the avocado was black and got refried beans instead of charro beans. Plus the person who gave me my order looked like he was mad. Didn’t even get a greeting from him.

Great tasting but not enough filling and the wait is crazy!!
Update 12/14/25. Still great tasting but service not so great. With 5 servers or managers, they couldn’t get the order right 4 times. They also kept bringing us someone else’s order. Management needs to work on service.

The carne guisada, rice and beans were excellent. Great flavor! Service was good and food came out in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Customer service is dead! This place is NOT the El Pato of the late 90’s or early 2000’s. I would NOT recommend this establishment at all. I arrived at 10 am for breakfast. The dining room had 4 other guests. After placing my order at 10:04 we took our seats & waited…….
Waited, waited & waited more. While waiting for our food to arrive I sat there and observed the staff go about their business. Not a single smile. Not a single greeting of guests as they walked in. It looked as though every single employee hated their job. Oh by the way. I am still waiting. It wasn’t until 10:37 that our two breakfast plates arrived to our table. 33 minutes waiting for two breakfast plates. This wasn’t iHop, this is El Pato. Maybe they had to butcher the pig to cook my bacon or pull the potato’s from the ground out back? Never have I had to wait 33 minutes for eggs and bacon while staring at unhappy staff members drag their feet around.
As far as the food quality I will give them compliments there. It was delicious, just not worth the wait.

I cruise over there when I can because their “Patos” are fresh and priced well. The lady at the window is always stressed at the amount of people coming by but Never ceases to say “Good Morning” with a smile!
