Horrible service and idk if I’m picky because I work in food service but lately everytime i go here the food and the service gets worse and worse……. My burger was soggy from the amount of Mustard they put on it, the onion was huge, and it looked like someone took a bite of it. I definitely think its time to just stop going to this establishment they call a restaurant.

Have been to this location at least ten times, and unfortunately usually get the same slow service every single time – whether the restaurant is busy or not. Prices are good. Food is usually decent but this location could do so much better and probably make a lot more money if they just properly trained their wait staff. Waitresses will just let you sit there for long spans of time without checking on you, taking your order, refilling your clearly empty drink, or even handing you the check so you can finally get out of there. Meanwhile you can observe staff members chitchatting in the back or looking at their phones while you wait for someone to attend to you. This type of dining experience makes a person feel like they’re being held hostage and not likely to buy anything extra there- especially more than one alcoholic drink – if it took ten minutes to even get the first one and 20 minutes after you’ve finished it for them to ask if you would like another.

The food was delicious and served in generous portions. I usually order the Frick Burger with batter beer fries and the kids order hot wings, which never disappoint, but this time we tried the Supreme Nachos which was good and had quite a bit of leftovers to take home. The servers were always pleasant and attentive and made the experience even better. Nothing like enjoying your food while listening to throw back music from the good ole days.

Arrived at 8:20pm, had our older two children and younger two toddlers with us. Ordered three appetizers and drinks right away. Placed orders for entrees 5 minutes later. Appetizers came out in a good amount of time. An hour passed and still had not received our entrees. Waitress was everywhere but at our table throughout this time. Asked if we needed refills once. Never came close enough for me to inquire about the status of our food. I pulled another waitress aside and asked to speak with the owner or manager. He owner had been there when we arrived and even grabbed high chairs for us. He has always been polite and accommodating. Unfortunately he had left. We spoke to the manager on duty and explained the situation. Our food came out cold and clearly had been sitting for sometime. One of the children’s orders was forgotten and had to be re-made. Food was not worth sitting down and attempting to eat, manager did not charge us. Unfortunately we have had problems here before with a carryout order. Should have learned from that, I would not recommend this Frickers location.

I ordered the Wednesday special Sirloin Steak, I basically got three pieces after cutting all the fat from a pit of meat that was 3 inches long and one inch wide. Those pieces were cold, just as their roll, the fries were great

I ordered a chicken salad (made as is) to go. When I got home it only had lettuce and chicken. I called and the manager said that I ordered it with nothing on it. I explained that I did not omit anything from the salad. Her response: “Unfortunately for you that’s how we see it on our end. ” No, “How can we make it right?” Nothing. I can handle poorly made food, but never the rude dismissive attitude of people. I won’t ever eat at the Adrian Frickers again.

Went in on a Tuesday evening. Not many people in there. Yet service was slow. Table appeared to be clean but was sticky to the touch. Should’ve left but we didn’t. Food tasted good but did not agree with my stomach. My daughter and husband had stomach issues after our meal also. I won’t be returning.

Adrian Frickers has the best bartender/ host that I’ve seen in a while. We call her Lo. She’s always on her game. Food comes out the way we order it & is always great!!

The juiciest “not greasy”, most delicious wings I’ve had since my Ma use to make them (May she R.I.P). I will be returning it was an hour drive for me, but well worth it. Their coleslaw…my goodness; will give K.F.C. a run for their money. It’s so fresh and tasty.
