Shame on the owners here! You dare leave 4 employees to run an entire store solo on a SUNDAY?! Get yourself out of bed and get in here and start serving guests! There were lines both inside and out of the building! UNACCEPTABLE! Start paying your people premium pay on the wknds and stop worrying about fancy cup lids! You don’t deserve to be part of a franchise if YOU aren’t willing to make sacrifices right along your staff! Downright disgraceful “ownership”!

Dead space, poor customer services, rude experience, food comes one hour late and cold. Just shut this place down and reduce the pay rate of all fast food back to 7.25 or 10. Burger flipper making 18 per hr but sits in the back on his phone? What a joke.

This is a terrible mcdonalds. They are always making mistakes, forgetting items and very rude. All the way from the employees to the manager. Slamming the order down on the counter.The manager is never apologetic when the mistakes are constantly made. Someone defenitly needs to get this place in order. Worst McDonald’s experience ever. There were two vehicles in front of us that took forever to get their food and drinks. Ours came out relatively quickly, although the girl behind the window was swearing about something. Then our Filet o Fish didn’t have any tartar sauce, the fries were half the right amount, they forgot the BBQ sauce for the nuggets and napkins. We were in the drive-thru line for 35 minutes at 8:20pm on a Saturday night.

You’re very slow especially with the carryout orders and doordash because they take their sweet time making sure all three labels are perfectly aligned to close the bag with. I watched a woman take almost 5 minutes to put three stickers on a bag so a guy can make $4 on a delivery that probably took him an hour. And it wasn’t just her it’s every employee working there. Is this part of the training? Because this isn’t the only McDonald’s that does it either. Put the damn sticker on the back doesn’t have to be aligned along the dotted line on the sticker Jesus Christ

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and it was excellent!! I learned how to use the machine and they brought out my order exactly like I ordered it!! Extra sauce and extra onions on steak and egg bagel sandwich. Delicious!! That team works so hard!! Super pleasant!! Perfect service!!

The inside of the McDonald’s was closed, I’m not sure if they are short staffed, however my order took a while to come despite there being less then 3 other cars in line. Food was good as always, and staff was kind however not having the inside open is a huge low blow on a Sunday night. I was able to enter just to be told the lobby was closed hence the empty pictures.
