Ordered the same meal I always get and was served what looked like a kids’ plate — four tiny pieces of meat, barely any rice, and a plate full of lettuce. When I asked if there was a mistake, I was told no and to “order extra next time.” Same price, half the food.
To make it worse, I ordered boba and wasn’t told until after the fact that they don’t even serve it with boba anymore. No notice, no explanation. Portions are shrinking, service is lazy, and prices stay the same. Completely unacceptable.
