As a self described “gourmand”, I was apprehensive to try ANY meal plan. After a friend subscribed to Ideal Nutrition,I was able to try one and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality ingredients and flavors. The portions are satisfying and well balanced. I have now been subscribed for over a month and I’m very happy with the changes I’m already seeing in my body with this diet and exercise. The staff has been genuinely helpful and above and beyond; in store and online. ALI at the West Palm Beach (Hibiscus ) location has been a positive beacon in my health journey. She recently was able to trade out a meal after my order was already pulled and even suggested a brand new tasty one (“Turkey Taco Bowl #3”). It was excellent and will be a staple on my reoccurring order. (Along with the cilantro garlic chicken and carne asada and breakfast burrito) Thanks Ideal Nutrition! The only struggle I am having is with the cost, but it’s very reasonable.

Julwade at Ideal Nutrition (Hibiscus location, WPB) was absolutely PHENOMENAL. I came in planning to purchase maybe two meals and walked out with over 20—entirely because of his exceptional personalization, thoughtful recommendations, and deep knowledge of the products. His guidance felt genuine, not sales-driven, and it was clear he truly understands both the menu and individual customer needs. Julwade’s raw sincerity, professionalism, and gentlemanly approach made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. This was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Ideal Nutrition is lucky to have him—he turned a quick stop into a loyal customer moment.

Toxic Cleaning chemical Fabuloso- ignored requests to not use it in here-smells so bad
I am downgrading my 5 star review to 2 stars because I can no longer go in here and buy food because they recently started cleaning with the horrible stinking environmentally toxic Fabulouso. I cannot (nor can many people) tolerate the smell of Fabulouso and it should not be used in this food setting! A fragrance neutral cleaner is appropriate such as all hotels and stores use. Where is the manager/supervisor who cares that the cleaners don’t alienate customers! I mentioned it to the female cashier a week or so ago, and asked her to please let the manger know, but the next time I came in a few days later, the smell of Fabulous was so strong I turned around and left. You just lost $150 a week of my business, as I live nearby and liked the food and willing to pay for meals, snacks, etc.

Recently I discovered Ideal Nutrition in West Palm. The frozen diners are healthy and categorized by type. Brandon has been so helpful to me when I come in looking for a particular meal. I look forward to trying many more of the dinners, and the price is good too. Also, the cold-pressed juices are amazing! I’d like to see some (very small) portions of actual chocolate available too, as a suggestion.

I ended up tonight at the west Palm location. Julwade was working. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was working hard restocking. He asked me If I needed anything. I asked him for 4 different things. Which I don’t normally do since I don’t know the location, or seen what I was looking for. He helped me. Julwade knew exactly where everything was and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted. Really appreciate the customer service. Julwade is for sure an asset.
