Placed an online order for pickup at the counter, and still had to wait almost 30 minutes. No one came up to the front for 15 minutes to see what I was waiting on, then finally started making it after aknowledging me!! People came in from other orders, doordash, and went through the drive through and got their orders almost right away. All I had was a single sausage mcgriddle and hashbrown. They claimed they were waiting on hashbrowns for a while, but there were other orders leaving first!!!
If you want to waste your time, this is the best place to visit. Unless you go through the drive through, good luck getting your food.
Also, they had no straws and one of their ice machines didnt work.
Also.. the drpepper tastes like mildew. So happy I waited for this!!! Oh and to make it better… the wrong food!!!!!!!!! It clearly says sausage mcgriddle LITERALLY right there!!!!

Dining room is dirty. Not a clean table in sight. All the hand sanitizer stations are empty. No soap in the men’s room. Employees will barely acknowledge any customers. Does not even feel like a welcoming environment. Employees behind the counter were on their personal phone . Feels like I’d be better off at a vending machine

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered the McCrispy meal. I’ve gotten this at other locations before and the sandwich is typically pretty good and a good size. However, the one I got here was smaller than the bun itself and was inedible after I bit into it. Awful food. I know our standards of fast food has gone way down the last several years but this was a complete waste of $11 for this meal. Disgusting

I do no know what has been going on at this location lately but the service is aweful the time it takes to get your food is not up to par. Like I should have gone to Arby’s next door they are faster. They have a decent staff it looks like but food is burnt or over cooked. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Management needs to get this location under control. This used to be the best location in Leland 🙁

I have not personally eaten at this location, but I have picked up food as a delivery driver on multiple occasions. I’m not one to write reviews, but the disrespect for clients is astonishing at this location. The customer in front of me had clear mental deficits and the staff were extremely rude and dismissive towards him and told him to leave the store. There is a certain level of customer service that is expected from fast food restaurants, but this location has consistently fallen below those dramatically. Please do better.

This location is awful! They never speak or greet guests. You can stand at the counter for five minutes or longer before anyone even acknowledges you. I’ll go to Burger King next time. This is EVERYTIME you walk in at this location. They act like they are doing you a favor by being at work.

Waited 7 minutes to be waited on and that was after the people in front of me ordered. Was told to scan my reward first then began ordering. Then I was told after I ordered two ice coffees that all I could get was tea. I stood here and watched an employee make a coffee drink for the drive thru. Employee wasn’t friendly. I canceled my order and went to Chick Fil A where I should have went in the first place.

very rude, never get the order correct and instead of customer being right, they are always correct and customer is wrong!! I order fish sandwich without cheese and tartar sauce. after paying I look at my receipt and didn’t see the changes to fish sandwich. at the pick up window we were told to pull up to number 1 to get our order . well it was never corrected and the lady who brought out our order looked at us like we were crazy like what was she supposed to do? worst service ever almost as worse as the McDonald’s on shipyard and Carolina beach Rd!! real close though!!!

So I just stopped by the McDonald’s in Leland, North Carolina right in front of Walmart. So I went to Order and I had to literally wait 15 to 20 minutes just to Order because you had two employees over there in the drive-through just talking and not doing anything not ready to take a customers order. And then when the employee came over there, she tried to say that they were short staffed and I know they were not short staffed. They were fully staffed. If anybody eats here, I would not advise you to go to come here cause this is the worst customer service yet. this place needs to get their stuff together.
