Ordered food last night & over half of our order was missing, and the chicken sandwiches they did send were small chicken tenders slapped on a bun with no other toppings – not what they were supposed to be!! Everything was also cold by the time it was delivered.
Completely dissatisfied with our experience. I am doubtful we will ever visit again – never fails that there is always an issue of some sort when we come here. Popeyes food itself is great, but this location is one to absolutely avoid if you want things to go right.

I ordered online for asap, went to two different stores and upon my arrival, my food was still not prepared. This location will never see me again. They never have coleslaw, might as well take it off of their menu. They’re always out of honey too, I think someone is taking it home at this point. I’ll go to EP or further out to purchase my family meals. I gave it two stars because the man frying the chicken was about his business, other than that I would’ve given it one star. Do better Popeyes Knoxville. I asked for a refund for the coleslaw I paid for, she told me with an attitude that I’ll have to request it on the app. Your prices are high, can you at least have your menu items available every ONCE IN A WHILE!? The manager was sitting on her rump on her phone, she should’ve been making coleslaw. The store was not the cleanest either, I was stuck to the lobby floor waiting. About did the thriller dance trying to take steps.

First, expect no less than waiting 30 minutes to an hour for your order. It doesn’t matter what you order, you will have to wait and you will have to check the accuracy of your order before you leave. I had to argue about the portion size of the large fry. I asked the manager if they had something to measure and she said no. In my pictures you can see the size I received 160 grams, and the size it is supposed to be, 255 grams. If you want to be better at not ‘giving away’ food, get your orders right and stop short changing people on what they are paying for. When I got home I also realized my 2 piece dark was a 2 piece white and my all spicy tender had some mild instead. SMH.

I want to sincerely thank the two amazing ladies working at Popeyes tonight around 11:40 PM. We were in a tall truck and couldn’t use the drive-thru, so I walked up to the window, which understandably startled them at first. But instead of turning us away, they greeted us with such kindness and warmth.
They even invited us inside so we wouldn’t have to wait in the cold — something they absolutely didn’t have to do, especially so close to closing time. I didn’t get their names, but they were two Black girls, and they were honestly the best. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.
Thank you both for making our night. Your hospitality meant a lot.

This evening 1-22-26 My order# was 96. I ordered a family 12 pc with fries and red beans and rice. A polite employees came out after having me pull forward they said they were out of red beans and rice. I went ahead and got coleslaw in stead. I was bringing food home after a game and do not live in Peoria where the food was ordered. I received my food about 10 pm and drove home to Chillicothe Illinois which is about 35 min away from the Popeyes. Upon arriving home we immediately ate our food. When we got to the Cole slaw it was in-edible. Like had to be spit out because it was very clearly spoiled. I finished eating my chicken and called the Popeyes to report that their Cole slaw was spoiled the person who answered said their name was Tim and proceeded to say there was nothing wrong with the coleslaw that it came straight from the freezer. He then tried saying I waited to long to report it and asked why I waited 40 min to call. I explained that I drove home and called and as soon as I was aware it was spoiled . The fact he blamed me was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Literally shouting at me because I didn’t call sooner. I’m highly disappointed.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, second store we visited for the night. First location had no Mac n cheese. This location doesn’t have any either. How hard is it to know that you’ll need multiple pans of sides during dinner rush! Not to mention their drink machine has visible mold at the top. This was the last chance for us. Every time we try to go give them another chance, its completely mismanaged.

I am a nutritionist at a local hospital here in Peoria, Illinois. All my employees were hairnets. None of your employees here have a hairnets that is bad. That is bad. I am here returning food that has hair in it please mandate hair nets. On all your employees, this is not good thank you.

The ice/soda machine was completely broken. No ice or carbonation, just flavored water. Everything was sticky. Staff wasnt friendly and clearly didn’t want to be there. Was no given any honey or butter.
Pay employees more than a living wage but also have some sort of standard. The food was below sub par. I don’t recommend it. If you do go, just stay in the drive thru
