I had an extremely rude interaction with this location. They were dealing with a long line at the drive through. When I pulled up the person at the mic kept complaining about customers. I let him know we can hear everything since I didn’t think he realized so. He told me “good”. At that point I left. Thinking, if I owned or managed that business I would want to know who is interacting with my customers this way, I called to let them know. Same guy answered, claimed his name was Jeff and that he was the store manager. As soon as I mentioned I was the person he interacted with he said he didn’t care and hung up.

Listen… for McDonald’s the bar is very very low. The redeeming quality of McDonald’s is it is FAST. And contrarily this is quite possibly the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’m local so I go maybe once a month and without fail, they make me pull forward to wait 15 minutes on my food. At 6pm. Worse luck going inside because no one will acknowledge you. Even worse luck if you do a mobile order. Just terrible management, do you guys not want to make money?

Manager is very sweet and concerned about the wait time (which wasn’t bad at all in my opinion). He gave us coupons because they ran out of pies. He’s always got a wonderful attitude when we’ve interacted in the past and very clearly cares about his job!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went in there and was ordering food, and when my food was supposedly ready I noticed something was missing, so I brought it to this guys attention behind the desk and he said in very disrespectful tone, “I’m well aware of what you’re missing, I’ve got it right here”. So don’t tell me my order is ready and then be rude when it’s not truly ready? I’m not sure this guys name but he’s very tall and skinny. He was a complete Jerk. In the 10 minutes I was in there, I got disrespected, I brushed it off as we all should sometimes, and then as I’m eating I hear him disrespecting this woman who was just trying to ask him a simple question. His response was “ I can’t talk to you right now I have orders coming in left and right.” In a very rude tone. I don’t know if this guy is the manager or just a worker, but at a restaurant whoever you are you need to have customer service and treat people with respect. I get it’s McDonalds but point still stands. I would not recommend coming here unless you want horrible customer service.

Got two bacon qtr and the meat was gross. So dry that you can tell it had to be sitting for awhile. Soggy fries and didn’t have any pies ready. Found out at the window by them saying it’s a 12 minute wait. Refunded at least for the pies. Had to order out after somewhere else because we couldn’t eat the food.

Very clean and calm inside, very fast and orderly. Soda machine is in the lobby and trash cans outside let me throw away the bag when I’m done with my food.

Absolutely terrible experience. Our order was wrong from the start on the screen, and somehow it only got worse. They handed us the kids’ toys first, then left us waiting forever for the actual food. When it finally came out, the chicken nuggets were missing, then the kids’ drinks were forgotten too. To top it off, my double quarter pounder had the wrong patties.
The final straw: my wife politely asked for a cup of water for our baby and the employee actually rolled her eyes at her. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. This place is completely disorganized and the customer service is awful. We won’t be coming back.

Lol its so bad that I had time while waiting for my food (2 happy meals and a large fry) to write this review.
OMG I had time to edit. So I had to pull ahead, he finally comes out with the large fry and I say what about the happy meals and he said oh yeah, 6 piece? I say no, hamburger, and he’s like oh yeah I gotta get some more toys and then runs to this fenced area in the parking lot to get some more??? What in the world is going on????

Been the only one at the speaker for 15 minutes. They opened 15 minutes ago and no one will come to the speaker to take my order. Insane!!!! There’s a couple workers inside. If your website says you open at 6 then be open at 6 . Change it to 7 am if your people can’t prepare in time!!! I’m the only one here!!!! Pulled up to the window and looked at the lady inside and not a hello or how can I help you or nothing. What is going on here????

I have tried this location serveral times because it’s close to work. Never again, quality is terrible. Where’s the sauce? This is a bad sandwich. This is supposed to be a steak breakfast bagel.Not editable waste of money.
