I absolutely love this restaurant. I have been here many times for breakfast, a few times for lunch, and everything is always yummy. The place is always clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. Salsa is always consistent in flavor but spiciness can vary. Today I finally had an alcoholic drink and it was good. The only complaint is that the lime slice had a brown edge, which is a pet peeve of mine. Doesn’t take long to cut limes as needed. I also love that they don’t over salt the food.

1. Deceptive charging. There is not a printed order ticket, but instead, a handheld scanner for running credit cards.
The handheld scanner shows only the total amount owed, along with the Tip amount boxes to choose the tip. It does not show the items being paid for.
I requested a paper ticket so I could see what I’m paying for, and even if it’s the correct meal order.
On my ticket, it had a group tip already calculated in, plus a charge for something I had not ordered!
Had I blindly paid on the handheld scanner without knowing what items I’m being charged for, I would have paid DOUBLE tip and paid for something I did not order.
Deceptive.
2. Taco Salad lacked taste.
3. Very accommodating to our group size as a walk-in.
4. Spacious, large room was nice; not bumping into tables when walking or seated. Room was nice and bright!

Great place. Al Pastor and breakfast meal was good very flavorful with a balance. My only suggestion is check you garnishments, like the lettuce that was beautiful placed on the the plate wasn’t so appealing. Meaning it was rotten and black spots here and there. Remember ppl eat with their eyes first. And always offer salsa even though we didn’t ask. Maybe I’m wrong but offer top service as your waiter and waitress are expected too as quality as your food is. Because if you can’t check the bit things like garnish lettuce to dress up your plates with great food. Then, it can cause an issue for other customers. Just a learning lesson to look out for. Other than that it’ll would’ve been 4 for my family and I. But yes, great food. Just work on that. Still a good place to have breakfast.

Camp Swift members vouch for this place and a Military discount a place that honores those who serve is outstanding. Well I had beef fajita nachos all i can say is wow , I thought they were gonna be taco bell nachos these were so different cook made this with mamas love . With a Mexican Martini dirty was the cherry on top best damn Martini my server was amazing everything was on point I even got carded major points. My waitress was so cute I will be back. 10 outta 10 Service . Food was over the charts drink was 10+

Today after church went to have a meal close to Heaven. Service as always impressive packed but ran smoothly this team works together never lacking in drinks,chips and salsa. . Super busy place packed but no wait time I ordered Beef fajitas delightful and delicious one complaint

Professional staff and demeanor was very good the best part is you don’t have to leave or look to pay your bill the Apple Pay amazing they come to you at your table .The rest of my time was enjoyable with servers conversation they completely check on you and make you feel like you’re wanted .
The fajitas are simply to die for and the rice so flavored and fluffy the black beans ummm someone give me the pot tortillas fresh . Thank you for all you do . I brought colleagues here they love it .

I can not ever state how clean beautiful the Staff is the service impeccable from Lily to Maricela Roxy Roger Diego Jose and Angela but most of all I can’t thank Denise for them team she has built and goes above her duties as a manger. The food is amazing seasons with love the drinks oh my let’s not get started the queso oh Lala this is my hidden treasure in Bastrop. It’s ten out of ten and anyone one who says different is out of their mind .

Denise is the best! There was a wait but she came and opened up the other dining room and waited on us and 2 other tables. Everything came out amazing as always and the timing of everything was like it was not packed which it was. They never let you run out of anything and other staff members always check on you. The host is so friendly always. Classic Tex-Mex that never disappoints and the service is top notch.

I had the pleasure of eating here for the first time l loved the Service chips and salsa hot brought out as soon as you get there wow young man Daniel great smile and never ran low on either my server Oscar humble recommended Shrimp enchiladas boy were they delicious my tea was as sweet as the Young lady refilling it and asking if I needed anything they are beyond amazing I was asked if I wanted a queso or to try a new drink would have but had to go back to work another lady asked if I needed anything I asked do you always wait on people like this Her Response We always try to help one another to make it special job well done mission accomplished Daniel thanked me I was told thank you ! No thank you for having a staff who loves their job but let me saying the Enchiladas are so savory and I will be back love the attitude of all staff

Our group of ten was quickly seated. We had mole enchiladas, menudo, tacos, pancakes and bacon, chicken salsa verde, grilled cheese, jamaica, horchata, and sodas. All were quite tasty and the service was great! Very attentive and friendly.
