Really sad review from a very regular customer of this store. This place has again become terribly hit or miss, miss most times, hit rarely.
This place was individually owned, closed down because of poor quality, now corporate owned, promising better quality. They did offer better quality for a while. But becoming worse again day by day. I really hope they take this review seriously and try to improve their quality consistently. Today was probably my last visit.
Another callout – they offer free sandwich when your punch card is full. The free sandwich has almost nothing in it, weighs less than half compared a regular sandwich. Like we didn’t as or free stuff, have some integrity if you are offering promotions at all.

Great experience at GDK. The döner was fresh, flavorful, and the bread was perfectly toasted with a nice crunch. The meat was juicy, the veggies were fresh, and every bite had a good balance of everything. Definitely one of the better kebabs I’ve had. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Look I love supporting halal food spots, I know what it takes to run something like this. But my experience today was extremely poor. Came in at 12:50am and ordered and there was maybe 6-10 orders before me. There was only 2 guys who were clearly stressing out, they were trying their hardest but you can tell there is no structure, very little training and definitely not enough staff. We waited for an hour and got our food at 1:50am. The food was so mediocre almost not edible. Probably never going back, had high hopes from this spot. Pictures on the menu definitely look way better than the food. The place should not be open at this hour if they can’t handle 6-8 people at one time. Owners need to take a stand and do better man. So disappointed.

Also the food was so dry as if the chicken was cooked or kept in heat and it dried up.
Not juicy. Even the rice was like a sticky blob of rice and veggies were not fresh.

This was one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had. We had to throw away the entire order because the food was completely unacceptable. We ordered two chicken bowls and empanadas, and everything was a disaster.
The chicken was raw and undercooked, which is a serious health concern. To make matters worse, I found a clear piece of plastic in the food, which is absolutely unacceptable.
Despite it being a takeaway order, we waited over one hour just to receive the food. It was a complete waste of time and energy, with no proper communication or apology for the delay.
Overall, terrible food quality, poor hygiene, and extremely slow service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We loved loved the food, but the service was even better. Aiden was really nice and helpful when taking our order. The doners are big and filling so it’s definitely worth the price. My friend and I ordered the juniors but he upgraded us to the original and we had to take some to-go! I got the doner wrap for my brother and he says it’s his new favorite spot! It’s a little far from where I live but it was worth the drive

Amazing place with a wonderful staff, Braden has assisted me a few times and he’s great. The gentleman that got me my order the last time was Aiden both are super positive and enjoy what they do and that shows! The food is truly a unique taste and there’s really not much like it anywhere near by so good for them for opening something truly unique!!!

The young man that took our order was very pleasant and very nice. His name is Aden! Glad to see this, because nowadays customer service doesn’t really exist. Glad we didn’t have to order on a kiosk. The food came out fast and it was delicious. The Portion was great!!

Employee tried to fight me!!!
I am beyond disgusted with both the management and staff at this location.
I placed a to-go order in person because they no longer take phone orders. I waited 20 minutes while a large group of people came in after me. Once I got home, I realized my order was wrong. I immediately called back and asked if they could remake it so it would be ready when I returned. I gave them 10–15 minutes before driving back.
When I arrived, the same employee who said my order will be corrected and ready acted confused and said it wasn’t ready and that I’d have to “wait like everyone else,” even though I had already waited and the mistake was theirs.
At that point, an employee inserted himself into the situation, pulled his mask down, and told me to “change my attitude” because they were busy. The situation escalated quickly when he asked me to go outside and fight him. This was completely unprovoked, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
Another employee began raising her voice at me, and when I took a photo, the manager said, “What are you going to do with that? Don’t take photos.” I told them I would be leaving a review so others know how poorly this business is being run.
Instead of fixing the order, I asked for a refund.
Before September, this place was managed properly and the employees were respectful. Now it feels like it’s being run by a group of young, unprofessional staff who lack basic customer service skills and would rather argue or threaten customers than resolve an issue.
I have never experienced anything like this. If I could give zero stars, I would.
