We enjoy eating here after church on Sunday. They play christian music in the background. The update I have is zaxbys company has changed in how they give coin’s back to you if you pay in cash. With no shortage in penny’s they are rounding up and down.. see photo

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! Me and my boyfriend ate here this morning and was immediately greeted by the sweetest lady Clarissa (Aka Ms. Jackson). She had the biggest smile and was cutting up with us! The other staff were friendly as well!! Food came very fast, and it was hot and fresh. The inside of the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was full of friendliness.

Disappointed with the service today. Was told to wait and park for my food, saying that it would take 6 minutes. No problem! But then 15 minutes had gone by, and I thought – well, maybe they forgot? No biggie. I went in asking for my food. I was handed it without eye contact, no communication whatsoever. A ‘sorry about that’, would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the chicken was also fried for far too long. So, won’t be returning for a while

I LOVE Zaxby’s so much. Their food is so delicious. My favorite items are their salads, they’re filling and healthy and just perfection. The staff is very nice and professional and the atmosphere of the place is good.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Our office ordered salads today all the lettuce was rotten. Not brown… rotten! One salad had a bug in it. To make it worse they tried to hide the bad lettuce on the bottom. Be sure you flip your salads over and look. This is disgusting!

Had a very large DoorDash order to pick up. Everything was still warm and correct to the letter. Ny and Clarissa even helped me carry it out to the car without me having to ask. Made what was going to be a rather long process significantly shorter. 10/10

The food was wonderful but what made the experience was Clarissa; she is the kindest person we’ve ever met. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel special. Give this girl a raise and then some!

Ordered a 4 finger plate, got a 3 finger boxed meal. Over 2 dollar difference. Ordered a Zensation zalad got a 8 boneless wing meal. Totally wrong order. After sitting in drive thru for over 10 minutes. Over charged almost 5 dollars. Drive thur person was to busy playing around with other employees to even tell me to pull forward. Might explain alot. I’ll drive 5 mins further to another Zaxbys if I want a salad.Check your bags before you give it out the window.

Over the past few months this Zaxbys has gone steadily down hill, as there food quality and preparation just isn’t what it used to be. I either get no seasoning or just a touch on fries even after requesting for extra or additional on the side. I was given a tiny container with a touch of seasoning why be charged extra to get nothing? Same situation for the boneless wings, you would expect them to be fully sauced if they show pictures of them being fully sauced, instead I get little touches of sauce on my boneless wings.

Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes when asked to hold. When I said “hello” he said he was waiting on chicken fingers, and his manager made him not take orders. I understand these things happen working in food and bev, but when I got my food, the fries were clearly old and fried a second time. They were chewy and gross. People pay for this stuff with their hard earned money. Every time I come to THIS zaxbys, I always have something wrong with my food.
