I’m sure they are nice people but the service is very bad, probably worst I have seen and look at these chicken strips they gave me. I’m sorry but people need to know. They are littler than my pinky finger. For sure not a tender, verging on nugget territory.

I’ve been to this location three times. And all three times I’ve visited my online order has always been messed up. I’ve always had to go out of my way to get it fixed via the app but it shouldn’t even happen in the first place. Today I placed a small order the shrimp tackle box and 3 piece tender combo. I got the tender combo but then ended up with a traditional chicken box instead of my shrimp. So not only did I get the wrong order. I got a higher priced item with more food that I didn’t want so it was a waste on both sides. I think they just didn’t want to cook the shrimp so they just threw chicken together in a box.

Popeyes is one of my favorite places to go for lunch, however, my last experience at this place was horrible. Typically I go inside but this location is not very clean nor timely. I decided to go through the drive through and nobody greeted me through the intercom. When I said “Hello? Can you hear me?” a voice said “You need to wait, I’m here by myself and I didn’t ask you for your order yet.” I was shocked but decided to wait as I understand it can be a challenge to be short staffed. About ten minutes later she asks me what do I want and I told her my order and the order of my co-worker. She then asked if it was spicy or classic so I turned to ask my co-worker what he would like and before I could even get his response, the lady on the intercom yelled “What do you want? Classic or Spicy!?” When I got that response I told her that was rude and that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don’t believe I will ever give this location my business again. Additionally, the chicken is very small and pretty expensive for the portions they give you.

This place has gone down hill. They’re never busy, but constantly have to wait for someone to take your order at the drive thru. Was just told the wait for a chicken sandwich was 7 min. Other locations are great…this one needs some assistance.

I have never been disappointed. 1 thing was a bit off… OI ordered a large Mashed Potatoes and I was given 3 small containers of Mashed Potatoes they were rather scanty on the portions Usually when I order a LG anything it comes in the correct size container and it looks correct in portioning. this was a tad off but I will not be petty…..

Ordered online a two-piece chicken only and a small individual mashed potato and gravy if you create an online account you get a free item the one I picked was the six wings I also was 03 strawberry cream pies from another visit I had that they didn’t put the pie in there so I wait forever in line and then once we get up to the window and they’re really rude right and then tell me to pull up and they’ll bring the pies out so I’ll pull up you can’t pull up because there’s another car in front of me. I looked in my bag that was sealed up and of course the wings were missing. I told one of the girls and she couldn’t be more rude. They bring the wings out and then they come back and ask me to move up again and it would be 8 mins on the pies…then they came back out and asked me to pull into a parking spot..which I regused I been in this line for almost 30 min or longer….then a different worker came out to explain that they didn’t believe me that I was owed the pies so they called their manager who didn’t remember but then remember and confirmed I wasn’t lying and that it will be 3 more mins bc they hadn’t cooked them yet… obviously they don’t have it together and they are so rude…will not be back to this location in belton

Relaxing environment with cool air conditioning. I was greeted at the door. My order was taken quickly & arrived fast. My order was accurate and the chicken was hot and fresh. The cashier was very polite and hospitable.

Good hot fresh, not bad for fast food. It’s on a weird little triangular lot because of how the streets intersect at that corner, so it’s not the easiest place to get in and out of. But service is friendly and they got our order correct the first time, like giving me mashed potatoes withOUT gravy, just as I had asked. Happy about that! 🙂

I really like Popeyes chicken but rarely go to this location because of the bad service and always being out of items.
But today Dakota at the register was amazing.
She greeted everyone as they walked in and was so friendly and smiled as she took your order, she communicated how long it would be for my chicken to be ready and brought it to my table again with a smile.
