Well what a UGH! This place is through Buffalo Wild Wings, which we never eat at because they, well, suck. We were not disappointed in this order. The fries were cold and sloppy flimsy.
I got a Single Burger and paid an extra $2.50 for a tiny single piece of bacon. We will definitely mark this as never order from again.
My husband had a Double Burger and he said it was over cooked. He said it was OK, yet never wants to eat there again.
We’ve been here twice in the past few months and we were “lucky” enough to get the same server Tia each time. Her service alone will make us not come back.
I am a very understanding person and I understand this restaurant gets busy and I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is good and the service matches. That is not what we got both times we came here from our server Tia.
On this particular night we came here because we had a gift card from Christmas and the restaurant sent out a big promotional email for free items all month long. With this we were drawn in to dine here and we invited friends. We waited an hour and 20 minutes to be seated. Again I understand they were busy and we were a party of 7, that turned into a party of 5 before we sat down because the other two people couldn’t wait any longer.
We were not excited to get the same server as last time. We went to put our order in and asked to put in the free item from their promo since we were spending well over the minium requirement. Our server proceeded to tell us it’s over and doesn’t work and that the promo that said it started in two days on 1/12 (free delivery) was already in effect. She also said it didn’t work for another customer so it wouldn’t apply to us and proceeded to try to explain the promotion she didn’t understand to us is a very confusing way. None of what she said made sense so we asked for a manager to come over and explain it to us. He came over was very nice explained the promo to us and his server. He informed us as long as we put our phone numbers in at check out and we had the rewards account before the specific promo date started we’d get the free item. We put in the additional items with our server which was just two plates of 10 boneless wings for two couples at the table. We eventually asked for the check and our server asked us to write our phone numbers down for the promo. She brought us back our receipts that were not itemized just the final cost that she charged us. It looked a bit high so we asked for our original receipt back to see if the promo was taken off. This took about 15-20 minutes for the server and manager to get reprinted for both couples. By this time our server had disappeared not to be seen again. We realized the checks were wrong and the promo items were not taken off. We went to the host desk to ask for the manager to fix this. Both managers graciously did. And I give them both props because both men were very nice and apologetic. I asked if the promo just didn’t go through or if our phone numbers were not entered. He informed us our phone numbers were not entered. It makes me wonder how many customers were excited about this promotion that she shot down.. I’m really not sure if she forgot or she didn’t want the promo to go through because she initially told us it wouldn’t work. It felt like she thought we wouldn’t notice either way. We were all very frustrated at this point with this server again.
We got to this restaurant at 5:45pm and ended up leaving at 9:00pm missing out on additional plans that night after waiting so long to be seated, get our check, and then get our check fixed. This is not an experience that makes me want to come back and every person in my group agreed.
Without going into too much detail on Tia’s service, It feels like this server does not like her job or her customers.
