This is a great spot if you are antisocial. They have digital menus where you can order from on the table. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. It can be busy but it’s worth the wait. I highly recommend eating family style and try out all the different dishes.

We had another super fun family dinner! The server was really friendly and took great care of us. I also ordered from the tablet, and it was a great idea. It didn’t need a server to take orders from all the tables. The pictures on the tablet made it easy to see what we wanted to order. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to try the yummy sushi again!

The atmosphere is pleasant, the decor is well done, and the service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience comfortable.
That said, the food itself fell short of expectations, especially given the pricing. The chicken in the bento box was served at room temperatur and it was missing the rolls that come with it. Several of the rolls also tasted very similar to one another. For the price point, the overall quality just did not align with what is available nearby.
With so many strong sushi options in the area offering better value and execution, it is hard to justify the cost here. I appreciate the effort put into the ambiance and service, but the food quality would need to improve for me to return

The best Ramen ever. The best Salmon. The lobsters rolls are perfect. It’s easy to order food. I love the service, they answer any questions you have, I went out with 4 friends to this place we ordered multiple items. Everything taste so good. The alcohol wasn’t watered down. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Love their Hot Night roll, freshness you can taste. Their soup was also . Cozy place to eat by yourself or with a companion. Dining area is laid out well with a divider in between major area. Parking is a non issue, lots of space shared with other establishments. No wait when I visited.

My experience here at Bethany Sushi was delightful. I liked the atmosphere, they had beautiful, minimalist decorations. I found out this place is better suited towards smaller parties (preferably 2 or 3) because I came in with a party of 5 and they were slow to prepare our meal. Food was a bit pricey in my opinion, but definitely delicious. (The pictures I added here are called Salmon, under Classic Rolls). Overall, I enjoyed the tiny sushi shop here in Bethany.
