The restaurant is in a good location in town on Madison Street. The inside of the restaurant is appealing visually. However, the table was needing a wipe down and the floor was definitely needing a sweep. There were no napkins in the napkin holder and the dining room cold drink dispenser did not work. The bathrooms needed a little work also. I ordered a burger and fries dining in and when I received my food, the burger was already cold. It did appear that the restaurant was understaffed so that might have played a part in the cold burger . The staff was very nice and I had a good interaction with them. The radio noise level could be turned down a little. Don’t get me wrong. I would definitely eat here any day over a McDonald’s. The food quality is much better at Hardee’s.

Been going to this Hardee’s religiously for 10+ years and have never had a complaint until tonight. Whoever they have hired to take orders in the drive thru needs to be terminated immediately. The absolute rudest person who sighed after everything I asked for and would only say “Well is that going to be it” like I was there wasting her time. I decided to just pull out and leave instead of paying after getting tired of hearing deep sighs and purposely drove 15 miles down the road to the Hardee’s in Pleasant View on 41A just to be greeted by the absolute friendliest employee and I would say top 5 best meal I ever ate at Hardee’s. That one will be getting a 5-Star review and will only be getting my business moving forward. Common courtesy is hard to find and I would highly recommend your employees don’t take their bad day/life out on a customer when there is plenty of other competition to choose from.

Mushroom Swiss burger Nov.2025.
Didn’t like the FLAVOR- it was too strong and tasted partially like caramelized onions as much as mushrooms. Had almost a Smokey flavor also.
Although the bun was fresh, it very doughy texture and flavor that didn’t help out.
Few restaurants actually have a great mushroom burger.
It starts with thick sliced mushrooms, not finely chopped bits that end up looking black in color like at Hardee’s, in my opinion.
Next time I’ll avoid this burger and go with the famous Star.

Got the limited time Pulled Pork BBQ Frisko meal and this burger is delicious! It’s cheese, Pulled pork, bbq sauce, and some kinda onion ring bites. All this on top of a burger, in between 2 toasts. Get yall one ASAP!

The service is declining because the GM is never around. High turnover is a clear sign of failed leadership. It is uncomfortable to eat when staff are treated with visible disrespect. They even encourage employees to leave 5-star reviews to mask the problems. The food has suffered too; the biscuits and gravy were cold and tasteless. After today, I am done with Hardee’s.

Grandson asked to stop at Hardee’s for lunch. I had a burger with bacon that was excellent. He had chicken fingers that actually looked like real chicken and which he devoured. The fries were also excellent.

I ordered two burgers (with extra veggies, and one with added pepperjack) some chicken tenders, fries, sodas, and a salad with vinagrette dressing from doordash.
The dasher was Great, super fast.
However, what came was fries that tasted of burnt oil, tenders that tasted of burnt oil, no salad dressing, NO BUNS and no pepperjack.
Don’t order from this place. So bummed because I love Hardees food. My order says nothing about leaving things off, we made additions only. I’m all for supporting my local businesses, but this wasn’t like… one little oops, the whole order was bunged up badly with no explanation or anything. They just sent bad food.
