I am usually never one to post a poor review, but this experience was NOT it. I ordered a spicy potato soft taco, the potatoes were extremely dried out and disgusting. I ordered a side of nacho cheese sauce in which the lid wasn’t sealed entirely. It exploded all over the food in my bag, leaving a giant mess that I didn’t notice till I drove all the way home. The people working were not at all nice and barely said a word to me. Granted I went around midnight, and as somebody who works nights in fast food I know that can be hard. Just not great customer service and I’m overall not satisfied. The photo of the cheese was after cleaning a lot of it up myself.

Taco Bell like McDonald’s? Is it a food category that is unique to itself. There is nothing else in the world like Taco Bell while Taco shaped. It is completely different from any other Taco joint that there is. The food here is exactly what we expected to be. Every single time. Everybody knows what a Taco Bell Taco in a category all its own. You cannot compare tacos from any other Mexican joint to Taco Bell. It is a food group by itself. Is it a fruit? No is it a meat? I’m not going to State my opinions on that here but for Taco Bell this is a great one. Fast service just like everywhere else. The tacos are exactly what you expect them to be. The soda is fizzy and in a cup. Yes, look no further for your fourth meal

The food was cold. I waited 30 minutes for my food. There was a cook holding a spatula to his head talking to his girl at the front counter asking her to pull her car in front of the speaker to stop customers from ordering. The fizz ball headed dude was talking mad smack about the uber driver and him using the bathroom while he waited 15 minutes for food as well as he did not have a hair net just frizzed out hair hanging out his hat. Very disrespectful place and I’d love my 60$ back but ya know that’s a waste of energy kinda like this post. As well as they put their finger through my Carmel Apple empanada. COMPLETEY UNACCEPTABLE IF YOU KNOW HOW LONG WE WAITED FOR THEN TO COME BACK

This location has never messed up our order. It is always fresh and delicious. Im not a taco bell person but my guy loves it so we go often when we first moved here we were told to avoid this location but honestly its the best location we’ve been to around here! Great job guys!

Total disappointment; Two tbsp of beans, tsp of hamburger mixed in, no shredded cheese, tps of sour cream – 5 layers of tortilla… I don’t even know what to say other than the beef supreme chalupa was much worse.
Worst food I’ve ever received there.
And I added the Tabasco; 2.5 layer with extra extra tortilla wrap at best. Burritos embarrassed world wide.
(Update 3/17/25; Man, I was craving taco bell and the driver and I were mortified. They shoved everything in a bag, shredded bag, our food was old and destroyed; $30+ delivery from Taco Bell, never ever again Our delivery was trash. Placed order, TB made food, door dash drove 15-20 minutes away and took a other 15 minutes from restaurant. Need I say more. Done done.)

I ordered online and got everything I ordered thankfully but my tacos are supposed to have sauce inside of them from the cantina chicken menu and instead they’re dryer then the Sahara desert because there’s no sauce they forgot to put it in while making it.
