If there was a zero thats what they would get. Teenage service 01/24/26 purposefully deaf, (not disabled), and rude as hell. Do not recommend. Pass through quite often and usually go to 7Brew but due to weather they were closed, and against my better judgement to pass, I decided to stop. Yeah, not again. I will get ALLSUPS COFFEE TO WARM UP NEXT TIME.

Had a pretty decent experience at this Starbucks to go grab my morning coffee during a road trip to New Mexico. No real complaints other than the fact that it’s really hard to get into and confusing if you’re not from Roswell, but otherwise you’ll figure it out.
They gave us a free venti water with this weird handwritten story on it odd, but definitely memorable

This place could not be rated above of four in my mind. It is not that the store was dirty, or that the service was poor, it was odd to pull into this Starbucks. The service was very slow. The workers were not overly friendly. It is not a bad location. I just cannot say that it is a good location.

The drive thru service is horrible. Friendly? Yes. Accurate? Yes. Slow? Glaciallly. They take 1 order at a time and won’t take the order of the next car until the first car has their complete order. 1 car at window, 1 car at speaker (with a long line behind them) and no one inbetween. This “system” slows down the process at every step.

Been here 4-5 times and had missing items twice and cold coffee once. Also ordered a tea when I got there to pick it up it wasn’t with the order, had to wait in line for the cashier to figure out that they were out.

This by far is the worst starbucks ive been to. They always get my order wrong. When going through drive through it can be clear from the menu to the window and we have to wait till the order is done before we can move up even when the line is all the way to main street. The workers can be very rude. Ive given this place many chances but I think im going to start going to 7brew from now on.

Parking lot is tight, but there is plenty of parking on the street right in front of it. We parked our 41 foot camper and truck right in front and I just walked in. It was perfect. It’s a little tight for big trucks to get in and out of. If it is a large Starbucks very roomy plenty of seats inside sweet staff. Well run. Very clean. It was remodeled last year.

Drive through is horrible waited 20min to get to order then waited another 5min before they told me to pull forward. When I received the drinks i sent 2 drinks back that were made blended not hot, the 3rd drink was iced when ordered hot and the 4th was made with ice when no ice was order and missing coffee shots…
