I really don’t go here, but they had a new dish that intrigued me. So while getting gas I stepped inside to place an order and at 9am the place was filthy. Floors covered in dirt and foot prints. The soda counter had soda spilled all over. One kiosk to order wasn’t working, the other one has a damaged screen with a line running through it. Went to order and found the kiosk was not updated to have the new menu item. No one at the registers, had to ask a worker for help. Went to look at the menus on the wall when ordering at the registers and one screen is totally failed / damaged. Then they are storing advertising materials on top of where you pickup your food so you have to bend over to avoid knocking their office supplies off. Crazy, who is running this place? I imagine corporate would not be happy with the condition of this location. Given how filthy and cluttered it was out in the customers area it makes me wonder is it just as bad where they are preparing the food. I won’t be back.

Drinks were terrible. All flavors we tried had issues. Otherwise, it wasn’t too bad. Albeit, it was crowded and I didn’t get a receipt from the kiosk, Casey made sure to let us know when the food came out. He was the only person we had to interact with and the experience was pleasant.

20251225 I placed a mobile order. When I got to the counter, the employee acknowledged me immediately, got my mobile order #, and he quickly put my order together and confirm the items I ordered before giving me the bag. He was very helpful. The food was hot, especially the fries.
4 years ago. This McDonald’s is interesting. It’s located next to a gas station. When I pulled up, the drive thru appeared to be attached to the back of the gas station building. I pulled up to where I was supposed to placed my order, and it asked if I was placing a mobile order. I said no, and silence. Then I pulled up to the 2nd order station, same thing happened but no one took my order. As I was pulling up to the window where you pay your order, I heard the car behind me placing an order. Fortunately the young man at the register took my order. When I pulled up the window where I pick up my order, I had to wait a little bit. When the young lady handed me my order, I asked if it was what I ordered and she comfirmed. I’m impressed since I placed my order after the car behind me. She was so nice and explained to me how the system works. Anyway, I was there sometime between 4:30 and 5:00 pm, and the fries were hot. I couldn’t find a place to park since the drive thru pretty much exit me into the street. I kept driving while I ate the fries and found a parking lot to pull over to eat the Big Mac. It was good even though it was cold by the time I found a place where I can park and eat.

this place sucks. we placed a pick up order for two meals. we received no fries and had to pay a dollar for 5 ranches and only got two. terrible customer service. awful experience overall

Went through drive through on 09-30-2025, ordered my food asked for a coke zero. I am diabetic cannot have sugar, well guess what i got a Dr. Pepper. Also the food was not hot. I will not be eating at this McDonalds again. This type of service and mistakes are not the way to treat your customers.

This McDonalds is utter trash. Of the last five times I’ve been here not once has my order been anywhere near correct. E.g., the last two orders containing a kids meal 6-piece nuggets – only got a 4-piece nugget, no toy, no drink, and missing fries. Seriously!? I’ll either drive to another McDonalds or go elsewhere. Never again.
