I had a great experience at this location today. Victor at the register was excellent. He asked if I was signed up for the rewards program and had me enter my phone number. It turns out I was already signed up and had been missing out on points because no one had ever asked me before. I come here at least once a month, so I really appreciated him taking the time to mention it.
He was friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in his job.
Also, the Steak Number 9 I ordered today was hands down the best one I’ve ever had. It must have been made with love.

Shame on you. I ordered a three cheese sandwich today. Is it called that because you put only 3 pieces of cheese. I added onions and mushrooms of which I believe there were 3, there was one piece of tomato and a pinch of brown lettuce. Having it delivered cost $21. That is so sad

The workers always have odd attitudes. They always seem like they hate their jobs. The African-American woman who works there like to yell at little kids and elderly and the large woman lets it all happen. If you don’t wanna deal with high schoolers don’t work directly next to a highschool. Sandwiches are alright.

The inside is nice compared to other locations and has clean booths. EDIT: Major warning using the BOGO coupons. They get so overwhelmed with orders it takes forever on those days. Other nights not as much of a problem.
