Sat in line for 20 minutes for a Big Mac meal and Nugget happy meal. We finally got to the window to get our food and they pulled us. Mind you there were 5 cars (2 behind me) TOTAL in line and maybe 7 cars in the parking lot (idk which were workers). Absolutely ridiculous. When I got my food the food wasn’t even fresh. Pulled out the fries to check and half the box is empty. Normally I don’t complain but this happens way too much. And then the workers act like the customers are a bother because THEY forgot the straws. Absolutely pathetic.

Alexis has got to be the best manager she goes above and beyond for all her customers! Food and drinks are always on point with her. She’s always willing to fix any issues if there happens to be one! The girl at the counter had a nice smile and said hello.
I must say the bathroom was clean and the seat was even warm from the last guest! Toliet paper not too rough, and auto flush toliet a plus!
I did purchase drinks and a Carmel Sunday for the wife.

Today I came in and got a sweat tea. I was halfway through my drink and realized there was a fly in my drink. I had my sister run up to the counter and ask for a new one. The employee laughed and said “extra protein” before taking her seriously and getting another drink. He comes back to the table and brings the wrong drink that isn’t filled up all the way. I asked if he can please bring me a straw with the drink and to fill it up all the way. He said “its not my job to bring you a straw” and I proceeded to ask again for him to grab one for me. He came back with an attitude but a straw in hand. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst McDonalds I have EVER been too! Got breakfast this morning and 2/3 orders were wrong or messed up! I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese muffin. Got steak with onions all over it! My mother order a bacon, egg, and cheese muffin. When I called originally about my mother’s having the smallest bacon I have EVER SEEN, she could only tell me that it comes with one piece of bacon. I’m sorry but if it comes with one piece, make it a good piece not a pathetic small piece. At least my child’s food was right but it’s hard to mess up pancakes and even those were cold.

They charge a $1 for just a water cup. The fact the order was over $10, and they are charging the cost of a drink, is unacceptable. I will not eat at a place that is going to gouge its customers.

The inside of this McDonald’s, is the cleanest one I have ever been in. Floors, bathrooms, countertops. Employees are very hard working and the restaurant shows it. July 2019. They finished remodeling. Very nice. Return for visit October 17, 2019. We ate in, we waited 10 minutes for our 2 hamburgers and drinks. They were more concerned in serving drive through as fast as they could and people who ate inside had to wait. Where we sat we saw cars come and go as we waited for our food. That isn’t fair. Hot apple pies were barely warm. Very disappointed. This has been the McDonald’s I always looked forward to eating at when we went to Lafayette.

20 mins before lunchtime and the manager refused to sell us a boo bucket for two crying kids. We even offered to purchase breakfast just for the buckets but she said no it’s not possible. Lost a sale from us.
