My last time dining here. When I arrived, there was no hostess to greet me and guide me to my seat. I had to wait about 6 minutes for someone to approach me. That someone was Hieu, the manager. He was busy and overworked. They were probably short-staffed this particular day. Hieu finally guided me to my seat. As I was sitting, I observed the same exact thing happen to two separate families, waiting to be seated. They were just waiting and waiting and waiting, until Hieu finally approached.
Anyways, I ordered the ramen bowl. It came with pork, shrimp, tofu, scallops, vegetables, quail eggs, and I’m sure I’m missing other items. It was bland, so I had to do a lot of work to doctor it up. I feel as if when I’m ordering food, the base level should at least be flavorful and if I want to kick the flavor up several more notches, I should have the option to do so. Because of this and my pickiness, I won’t be back. On the bright side, I received 20% military discount off my order.

The food was beautifully presented but the grilled meat was quite salty and didn’t taste like the grilled meat in Vietnamese style broken rice dishes. The salmon was tasty but a bit dry (the thai tea was too sweet). Overall, everything was well-prepared!

Came here away from the norm as we were regular at another location until the chef left. I wouldn’t drive the 1:30 to eat here again but it was good. I ordered my usual and everyone else got pho. The portions were nice size but I couldn’t tell if it was because they knew I waited a long time to order or if thats normal. If it was 10min from the house I would go again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! It’s my go to pho place and it’s right in the mall. They have so many options besides pho and it’s all so good and full of authentic flavor. The atmosphere is quirky, you can definitely tell it’s a family run business and they put a lot of love into this place. The only thing I’d be aware of is sometimes you can wait a little long if it’s busy but that’s because they don’t have many employees so just be patient with them. I promise the food will be worth the wait!

My husband and I eat here once a week for our date nights. It is authentic as it gets without having to travel to Buford Highway. It feels like a mom and pop place. The staff is amazing and service is always quick. I always look forward to coming here!

Ahh! I had been craving some good Pho for a minute & I’m glad I finally was able to get some!!
Everything was perfect, when it comes to the food- lol.
We ordered crab ragoons, pork spring rolls, shrimp pho and C30 (the random meat & rice plate) – the I love pho special.
All of our food was tasty and zero complaints.
The service omg they had 1 waiter and the robots. The human was all over the place and basically working every table himself.
And the robots did what they were suppose to do bring out food and beverages lol.
& the prices are reasonable we had everything for around $54
I will be back!

Overall a great experience! I love pho and have never eaten here. Read the reviews and some had me worried but I looked and they were during Covid when everyone was short staffed and barely surviving Got filet pho, pho tai, and the portion size, amount of noodles, were great. The topping was the most I have ever been given. The had sriracha and hoisin on table and they graciously brought me chili oil out also. The broth was good. Give it an A- but the meat was prepared exactly correctly like I hav had in Vietnam. Price was great for portion and equivalent to the other Pho places in Kennesaw but portion was way larger. Cleanliness was exceptional including the bathrooms. I noticed the staff clearing and picking up trash constantly. I would definitely do again!
