I ordered the $7.99 box. It came with a fish sandwich (my choice), curly fries (my choice), mozzarella sticks (2), and a peach cobbler. A small drink was included. It was really tasty and a good value. I will definitely get this again.

This location of Arby’s is clean and well kept. The service was prompt and professional. We went for the fish sandwich. My husband said it was pretty good as in better than McDonald’s or Burger King’s fish. The sides and beverages are good.

8-28-2025 I had the pleasure of visiting the Arby’s on Dick Pond Road today, after several terrible experiences at the Arby’s at 1506 South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach, which ended with the experience yesterday when I called after seeing that the store only offered drive-thru service and was not honoring online rewards, according to their manager. Instead of complaining to corporate, which has resulted in no changes, I decided to call the Arby’s on Dick Pond Road and speak with someone about my issue. Cassandra, the night manager, said that they would honor the reward, and I could come in any time to redeem it. She also apologized for what had happened. I thanked her and told her that I would be in tomorrow around lunchtime. When I arrived today, Justin Bass greeted me with a smile and maintained eye contact, offering assistance. I told him that I wanted to speak with a manager, to which he directed me to his supervisor. After telling them what happened yesterday, the supervisor told Justin to take care of me. Justin asked what I would like today. I responded that I would like the 99-cent Chocolate Shake reward. Within two minutes, a beautiful chocolate shake was handed to me. I asked Justin how much I owed him; he said it was on them. To my surprise, I asked if they were sure. I dined in today, consuming half of the shake. It was absolutely delicious. I left an extremely happy customer and will recommend Justin and the Dick Pond Road Arby’s to family and friends. They more than made up for the years of turmoil that the Arby’s at 1506 South Kings Highway had caused. Thanks again, guys and gals. You are my new go-to Arby’s 🙂

Went here the other night, try to get in the place and there was a car parked right at the curb. Right at the door. the lady didn’t even move. I have a handicapped sticker. We had to literally almost hold on to her car to go around it, to get in the door. when we told the person that was the manager. She told us that’s cause she was waiting for her food and they don’t pull up. That’s where she told her to pull up. She didn’t care. we go eat our food and we finish and the lady is still sitting there with the car. So I got the manager and told her. I said, listen I walked around her on the way in here. But I’m not about to walk on the way out. She said, don’t worry. I already got this. She’s waiting for her food. She didn’t care and she actually apologized to the girl. Because my husband was asking her to move, and she just kept saying no. And then the manager came out and apologized to the girl that was blocking the door literally, even an old man had to go around. And the lady apologized to her and didn’t care that that’s where this girl was pulled up. Absolutely. Ridiculous and a Big hazard to get into the place the manager claimed that she was fixing her order. Well, how come we already ordered after the fact ate our whole order? And you still didn’t have her order ready. That’s some kind of crappy service too, but you should tell the person to pull into a parking spot, not block the doorway where people have to try to walk in. Also did a meal and upped it to a large Potato Cake and expected that it automatically makes the whole meal a large which it usually does because I’ve been there before. And we were handed small cups and told that we could refill them. Ridiculous also. Not impressed one bit not this trip!

I’m very upset. I sat in the parking lot pf Arby’s on Dick Pond Road in Myrtle Beach. When the app said my food was ready, I drove up to the drive through speaker. No one talked.

I asked “Are y’all open?” And faintly heard someone talking.

I said, “I’m sorry; I’m afraid I can’t hear you?”

And the guy raised his voice & said in a surly, disrespectful manner – “I SAID WE HAVE NO ROAST BEEF!”

I explained I had placed an order on the app & prepaid almost $30. What could I do? Couldn’t hear the reply clearly. Drove to the window. No one approached. I called the store. No one answered the phone. I saw two employees sitting in the restaurant; sipping on drinks & scrolling through their phones.

I drove back through the drive through & asked how I could get my money back?

He told me, I think, to request a refund on the app. Which I see is not possible.

I have had lackluster service before, but I can’t recall a time I’ve been treated so disrespectfully. I have had a rough day, too, and I just need something to eat for dinner. I don’t mind that the restaurant was out of roast beef. I don’t mind waiting for a refund. But very much sexy is how rude the employees were by ignoring me, not even looking up at me when I approached the store door, and by yelling at me.

I love Arby’s, and will return, but I most likely will go to the one in Murrells Inlet and avoid this one on Dick Pond Road at all costs.

Super happy to have another Arby’s near by, the one by the dump is horrible. This one was great. Food was delicious and fries were fresh! Staff was nice, although the manager was actively taking things from the staff and acting as if they were doing everything wrong but they were moving better than her, it seemed pretty rude to the staff. She complained the entire time I was in the store about little things. But the young man who helped me was great. Place was clean and moving at a great pace. Loved the brisket sandwich

This Arby’s sucks they need to step it up. Waiting in line for 10 minutes. I was in the front of the line too. Get my food finally just to find the Fry’s old cold and chewy. Chicken sandwich has barley any warmth too it. It’s sad when you have to pay $12 for a meal then bring it home and have to air fry it to heat it up .

I picked up food to go. I was always an Arby’s customer in NC, and was looking forward to it when I went to Myrtle Beach. I ordered a Gyro, and it was it was horrible. I threw it away after a few bites. The bread was hard, and the meat was hard pieces of overcooked beef. I was very disappointed.

When I ask for no honey mustard and you deliberately put mayo on my sandwich after I was extremely patient, clear with my words and polite, you’re lucky I’m too exhausted to show back up and gas light you into losing your job. Please do not spend your money at Arby’s in Socastee SC. They are terrible.
