I usually visit this location and just go through the drive through, but today I decided to go in to order my food. Once I got my food Jordan came to my table to ask me if everything was good. I asked him if I could get more of the Smoky Fry Sauce because it’s my favorite, so he went and grabbed it. Later on I was on my last sauce and he brought me more! It just shows how he was paying attention and how kind he was. He was so attentive and helpful! The food was delicious and this Freddy’s location has never let me down.

I have to say, the Prime rib burger, is by far the best burger I have had anywhere, including my own smash burgers that my wife says are the best.
Our visit was great! The custard is incredible and like I said the burgers are awesome! The prime rib burger has grilled onions & mushrooms with a a garlic aioli sauce & cheese and their seasoning. It was very good! I didn’t believe a fast food restaurant could make burgers with this kind of flavor! This is a in-the-park home run!
The prices are OK for burger prices, the custard prices are a bit pricey, but as a decadent treat, it is worth it!
Over all,
Freddie’s is a GREAT change for burgers, and in my so humble opinion, the best custard! …and to listen to some music that that takes you back into another time.
I may go out of my way for their burgers from now on!!!

Bobbi is amazing! She’s was friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. Because of her, my visit today felt enjoyable. Freddy’s is lucky to have her!

I have worked in food service for 10 years and had the worst customer service here that I’ve ever had. The girl working the drive thru had black hair with a septum and other piercings and makeup and was so unbelievably rude. We went in around 8 pm, mind you NO WHERE NEAR CLOSE and no one else in the drive through and maybe one person sitting inside. I understand if someone comes in 5 minutes before close that you could be annoyed but this was far from that. We drove up to the ordering area and all we got was 2 milkshakes, immediately she started off with being rude and snarky when we ordered, but at that point it was whatever, I get some people have bad days so I just ignored it. Then we got up to the window and after a while of waiting she finally came up to the window to get my payment and my dog was with me and started freaking out from excitement so I asked for a pup cup and she said absolutely nothing and gave me the biggest glare I’ve ever had someone look at me with and slammed the window in my face. So I sat that and waited and she brought back the thinnest little cup with one little pic of whip cream and goes we’re out and slams the door again. After just handing us 2 milkshakes with fresh whip cream on it. Also I’m not sure if Freddy’s makes their own whipped cream or they get it from a wholesaler but making whipped cream takes maybe 2 minutes and I know this because my old job did that and it took her longer than that to bring the cup full of nothing to the window. I’ve asked for pup cups at this Freddy’s before and other people have been more than happy to get me one and have made us a huge lid of whipped cream and peanut butter on it. I wish I had this employees name because she needs to be fired.

Wow! I had NO IDEA that Freddy’s was so good! I had the chicken sandwhich, which was totally delicious, and a milkshake, which was also phenomenal! The staff were nice and friendly and I’ll definitely be coming back. Man, the fries are awesome too! And that “fry sauce” was absolutely amazing! Dang!

found a huge chunk of glass or thick plastic in my food 2 months ago and was told by a manager that i would be compensated with a free meal voucher. was never given said voucher and manager hasn’t responded to me following up. you’d think a chain as big as freddy’s would have no problem giving a $10 meal replacement for finding a literal safety hazard in my food but guess not

Telling it like it is
Usually love Freddy’s because the fries are the best. Ordered to go and got mushy steamed limp fries, patty melt was mostly bread, cherry concrete was made with maraschino cherries. It was horrible. Freddy’s has gone with the other national chains and killed quality for profit. Disappointing…..
