Eaten here a couple times and this is by far the most disgusting breakfast I’ve ever had. We couldn’t even eat it. Thought I’d give it another try… well that’s the last time. Go to ihop on Wanamaker.. it’s at least edible

Instant diarrhea…12/11/25 at noon…ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns, 2 bacon, and 2 pancakes. Didn’t get even make through half of the meal before stomach cramps started. 3 trips to the restroom before paying the bill. Definitely not eating there again!

Not a good experience. Customer service is not good.
As soon as we parked an outside someone who seemed like the manager came to tell us to park somewhere else since there was a delivery truck supposed to come and was gonna block our car. It’s good that she told us this but the way she did it though… staff in this location seem they don’t wanna be here.
As far as the experience inside, the server, Never offered more coffee or water.. had to ask every time.
They misunderstood my order and when I told the waitress she was kinda bothered…
We also received a dirty knife and had to ask for a replacement but at this point we already felt like we were an inconvenience.
Food was good except Hash browns which tasted like the frying oil was super old.

The service was so slow, I needed help on my take out and waited 30 min for a breakfast burrito with hard hash inside. The lady at the front literally passed me up to an older couple , even though I was in line first. I was having some confusion and she did not help very well.
Honestly it felt like because I was young I was being passed by. I was very irritated.
All in all you are definitely geting cheap food. So how much more could I complain

So my friend and I ordered burgers. They completely mixed up. When they took my burger back they took onions off and that’s it!!! I said I cant eat onions and I don’t want cheese. They took that burger back again and returned my fries, so by the time I got burger back No new fries. They never even gave a discount for All their mistakes and mistreatment of a paying customer. The bill was over $30. You know we’ll never be back. What a Terrible Experience

My server was extremely rude. She’s rolled her eyes at me for no reason. I ordered the apple cinnamon slam and asked if I could substitute the eggs for something else and she said no. Ive done it before more than 1 time. Never had an issue. She asked another family if they needed a box but didn’t ask me. My son also asked if he could get another bowl of mac and cheese and she ignored him. I’m highly mad, at the fact she didn’t even ask me if it was ok to get him another. So very disappointed.
On my daughter’s meal her grand slam burger her hashbrowns were cold. On my meal my breakfast potatoes were super dark meaning the oil wasn’t changed.

We visited friends from out of town at lunch. Food was delicious for all 4 of us. I got the breakfast burrito and I highly recommend it. Our server was wonderful, friendly, and attentive. I can’t wait to go back and order the same exact thing.
